We ordered online, and delivery was pretty quick. It was a bit big, so went into the outlet store (as didn’t want to go into a shopping centre with covid) and swapped it for a different size and colour. We could have returned it via the online process but it was an outing to get out of lockdown and go somewhere and try on the uggs. Wonderful product, company is friendly and makes everything really easy.

These Ugg boots are extremely well made and comfortable. My husband says these are the “best purchase” he has made this year. I love the extra care of the leather stitched tape covering the stitching around the boot. Very high quality all round. Would absolutely buy these again. (Oh - ps - the lambs wool rug I also purchased - has taken my meditation practice these cooler months that much more profound too).
I'm on to my second set of these after wearing the first ones out. They are warm, ultra comfy and the build quality is excellent. My favourite footware, which I wear from morning to night. If only they made a set that worked in with a business suit, the world would be perfect.
