C-Bear will help you avoid unnecessary add-ons - adapters, shims, rings, clips, spacers, glue. Just press in and voila: no creak, no play, no noise! All bearings are fully ceramic for smooth motion, with the aim of maximizing transfer of pedal power to speed.It is recommended to take the bottom bracket to your local bike store for installation. Requires installation into the bottom bracket shell using a bottom bracket tool. Do not dry install use either Soudal assembly paste or anti seize paste.
