I own several pairs of Frankie 4’s and love them all so was disappointed when these arrived. Despite trying the different insoles, they are either too tight in the forefoot area and/or they are not deep enough in the heel area and slip up and down. They are the same size as all my other Frankie4’s. I was not allowed to return them either - presumably because I bought them on sale although this wasn’t specified. Not happy with the service or the product this time around and have completely wasted $150.

I bought my first pair of Frankie's a few weeks ago and I am never buying another brand again. These shoes are just divine and the first time I haven't got blisters from new shoes. Now to find some more in multiple colours...Love your shoes they are so comfortable. Thankyou.
Really comfortable with soft insoles that are really great for my feet! I’m running around on my feet all day and have a sore lower back and feet but since wearing these haven’t had that problem! Gotten a lot of compliments as well. Have recommended to friends, family and colleagues 🥰
I'm always wary buying new shoes online but these shoes were super comfortable from the first wear and a great fit! They don't look wide but there was plenty of room around my bunions so that they didn't rub at all. The extra removable footbeds are also very good, so I can adjust each shoe to fit just how I need. Love the different shoelace options as well.
Beautiful soft leather, no wearing in needed. My orthotics fitted perfectly. Might have to buy another pair in a different colour. Very Happy!! :)
I came across Frankie4 when in search of more supportive shoes to help heal a stress fracture. The Beth caught my eye and I've been in love ever since! I've not experienced confort and support like this outside of a fitted runner/sneaker. It has been amazing with helping my foot heal. Goes well with shorts, pants, skirts and jeans - so versatile!!
I have a narrow foot and wear orthotics. I love these shoes but unfortunately they are not deep enough to take my orthotic as my foot slips when walking. I contacted frankie4 before purchase for advice on what style would be best for my foot but the person on the phone gave me no help. I will be posting back next week and will try again with a different style
Absolutely beautiful shoe. So well made. Unfortunately for me I believe I must be between sizes. With the standard inner sole they flopped on my heel, but with the small inner sole added under the pad of the foot they felt a bit tight and I thought they may rub me, so I made the decision to return them. Loved them though.
