I got these in a caramello box but that was all busted up and had alot of well worn corners and edges that were all broken or came apart. The box itself came inside a plastic bag partly opened. Inside the bag there was something like a ice pack but it was not frozen at all and was warm. The candy bars were all warm and flexible in the broken box and most looked like they were stepped on ect.I put them immediately in the fridge. I have to pry them out of the wrappers because so far everyone has Carmel on the Outside of the chocolate on all sides of the chocolate and very little inside the chocolate. Its more like a wrapper filled with Carmel filled with chocolate.Sending them in a visibly worn out box inside of a plastic bag with insufficient ice packing is not ... I grew up loving Caramello candy bars. I loved their flavor and SMOOTH texture upon my tongue. You guys have systematically destroyed this candy bar. Not only is it grainy it has no flavor anymore either. All you taste is sweet and that is all. My husband purchased 4 of these in King Size and they went in the trash they were so awful. So tired of companies changing their products.

Don't trust the other reviewer!I was able to get my hands on a Staples purchased Carmello and I was nervous based on a 1 star review that someone had put on here, but I am glad I didn't chicken out. These are some of the best chocolates you can buy on the website, they are delicious. I think that person was just scared they would sell out or something. These are *chef's kiss*.

If you've ever had the Cadbury Eggs at Easter, this is the equivalent in candy bar form. Each milk chocolate square is filled with their creamy, delicious caramel. You can easily eat it one square at a time to savor it, unlike the eggs that run all over when you take the first bite. One of my favorite Easter candies!!
The image of the candy bar on the package looks so sweet and dreamy. However, after you bite into it, you find out that that image is smoke and mirrors.I have noticed a weird aftertaste from eating this bar. Since I love chocolate, I keep giving Caramello chances. However, after trying it again today, this will probably be the last time I will have one. I'm glad to see some other reviews noting the weird aftertaste and the change in the chocolate's texture. It's not me; it's the chocolate.
I have loved this chocolate bar since I was a kid, but my last purchase was disappointing. I thought I had an expired product but it wasn't. The new recipe has left the caramel grainy and the chocolate isn't as smooth. I usually purchase them in bulk to share but this last purchase will be going back for a return. Please change it back! I would rather have a smaller bar than a cheaper/unpleasant version of a good chocolate bar!
This Cadbury Caramello candy bar is Delicious! I picked one up and it's just super rich with creamy chocolate on the outside, and gooey caramel on the inside. I tried to not eat it all in one sitting, trying just one row a day as a nice treat, but it's just so good! I did make it 2 days though, so that's something. But I love this candy bar, one of my absolute favorites ever. If you like chocolate or caramel, and especially if you like them both, you'll love this candy bar.
So disgusting. They were obviously not stored correctly. The chocolate was covered in white, which can happen with lower rate chocolate and still be good. The disgusting problem was as soon as you tried to pick-up with any pressure or take a bite the chocolate disintegrated. Obviously that’s more than just lower quality chocolate. The bag was not past expiration date. I had chocolate all over my shirt, pants and couch from it falling completely apart. Opened three and they were all the same. Threw the bag out.
I expected a lot from these and they did not disappoint at all. The milk chocolate was sweet, rich, melted smooth on my tongue and provided all the joys I ever remembered about caramello. The smoothness and creaminess of the caramel however was a huge surprise. I was amazed at how good the caramel in particular was and how it smoothly it flowed out of the chocolate shell. The packaging is beautifully designed with a clever mix of matte and metallic. It looks really high-quality and it is.
