I’d usually get myprotein’s Milk Tea Whey since I can have it every day without getting sick of it. This time I thought I’d try the unflavoured whey (plus the 5kg Milk Tea variant is usually unavailable). I’m only now trying it - plopped into a mug and using a spoon to stir - mixability is 10/10 I don’t see chunked up bits. Taste wise, I’d say it is reminiscent of the Milk Tea but without any sweetness or perhaps baby formula (?). I ordered the 5kg variant but it came delivered in two 2.5kg bags which are orange instead of the usual blue. Claims to be resealable but my whole family tried to reseal it with no success (I reckon the powder gets trapped in the resealing mechanism and renders it useless). I recommend this flavour (or lack thereof) to people who are picky ... MoreI’d usually get myprotein’s Milk Tea Whey since I can have it every day without getting sick of it. I've been buying this Whey Protein Isolate for a several years now, when it is in stock. Here's a quick breakdown:Pros:Versatility: It's unflavored, allowing you to mix with any desired flavor.High Protein Content: Delivers 27g protein in a 31g scoop.Clean Profile: Zero carbohydrates or sugars.Cons:Pack Size: Larger packs were unavailable at the time of my purchase. For my daily routine, I usually mix one scoop of this protein with 1 medium banana, 1 cup of milk, along with creatine and collagen powder to craft a nutritious smoothie. Overall, it's a robust protein option with a clean profile. Hoping to see more size options in the future.

I really can't stand it when I see people writing ridiculous reviews on any platform. I usually never write reviews about products, but this one was SO bad. I have tried mixing it with yogurt, overnight oats, coffee protien smoothy, smoothy with berries. It ruins everything I put into it. The last vanilla protein I tried, I didn't like it much either. I was expecting something average. This product is not good, and it doesn't mix that well. If you don't care too much about the taste, this will probably be ok for you. It does not taste like vanilla. I am not looking forward to finishing the bag. It's too expensive to waste. I also purchased the chocolate. It isn't much better.

I put this into my smoothie and oatmeal everyday. This protein powder has lasted me months. I bought unflavored so there is no weird taste. I just add the powder, water and some fruit in my blender and its all great. However, if u were to ask me to simply throw in the powder in a water bottle, then shake it...there would be chunks. Which is why I use a blender, or I let it dissolve in the overnight oatmeal. For me I didn't want to buy some giant bulky jug only for it to be filled half way. The packing of this product is excellent. I love that u can easily open and close it. I keep on package in my office and the other at home. Its compact, not bulky. The packaging is just very convenient. You don't have to pay $150 for a brand, u can buy this.
This has become a solid staple product. Love how clean the ingredients are and how easy it is to add flavors to it. Great quality although it tends to clump up a little bit if you add more than one scoop. The smell reminds me of ice cream, and it tastes almost as neutral as milk. Some people can’t tolerate whey very well, but I did not have any issues taking this protein powder, so it’s a great way to start the day to balance my hormones. It keeps me feeling full and kills all cravings. I also like how solid the packaging is. It seals up nicely, and the amount you get will last you a long time. I buy one bag every month, and I just ordered my third bag. Very happy!
It's the first protein powder I like. No flavor. No artificial sweetener taste, I don't taste the powder in my smoothie at all, I use a third of the serving. Bought it for adrenal fatigue. Noticed a difference after my first smoothie (banana, some berry, fresh pineaple or orange juice, ice, protein powder). I had energy for much longer than without the powder. I am ecstatic that I don't taste that weird offputing artificial flavor I thought was unavoidable in protein powder. Lecithin is the second ingredient, which is a- natural and b- good for you (brain). And Iherb had a great discount. Buying it again, in bigger size if they have, when I'm done with this one. Perfect purchase! So happy.
This is one of my favorite protein powders. The ingredients are well-selected to form a complete protein and amino acid profile. It also has a good amount of greens, which is a quick fix if you are not meeting the suggested vegetable and fruit recommendations (but seriously, though, consume more veggies in general). Some reviewers complained about the powder's consistency and texture; you should be fine if you use a blender or shaker. Stirring won't do it for you. Get most of your protein from food, such as legumes, beans, and nuts, if you follow a strict vegan diet. Add dairy products and eggs if you are vegetarian. Consume meat and fish if your diet allows it. Use protein powder to meet your protein goals.
I recently purchased your protein powder and unfortunately encountered a few issues. First, the taste of the product seems quite unusual compared to similar products I’ve used before. This raises some concerns for me, as I haven’t experienced this with other brands.Additionally, when I shake the powder with water or milk, there is an excessive amount of foam. This makes it difficult to consume, as I have to wait for the foam to settle before drinking. I’ve never had this issue with products from other manufacturers.I would like to clarify if this is a normal characteristic of your product, or if it could indicate a problem with the specific batch I received.I would appreciate your response and clarification.Sincerely, Michael
I was searching for a whey protein powder that was low in lead and other heavy metals since there have been reports stating that many protein powders on the market are quite high in heavy metals. The first thing I was looking for was a company that would provide a COA or report showing 3rd party testing on their protein powder. It is actually quite difficult to find many companies willing to share this info in the protein powder space. I was encouraged by the iTest results provided for this product which showed pretty low levels of lead. However I was disappointed when after ordering the product I learned that this product contains a Prop 65 warning for lead. This is quite confusing and potentially misleading, as if the iTest is accurate this should mean this powder ... MoreI was searching for a whey protein powder that was low in lead and other heavy metals since there have been reports stating that many protein powders on the market are quite high in heavy metals. so let me start by saying I can see the muscle gains from my workout, I do take other supplements like fiber and chlorella twice a day. I have a 6 or 8 hour eating window. this keeps me full longer so it helps alot for that diet. the taste is blah but I got the unflavored one. I do question quality because there is no transparency on whether this is from grass fed cows. I mean to consume this from a cow fed glyphosate gmo corn and soy when they should be fed grass, that shouldn't be hid. allow me the chance to make an informed decision. i figured i might see something about it on the actual package since I've veiwed California gold to be good quality. So I'm a little dissappointed about that. will go for a different whey next time, since I was hoping to be able to ... Moreso let me start by saying I can see the muscle gains from my workout, I do take other supplements like fiber and chlorella twice a day.
