Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 PS3 PlayStation 3 Game 2011 Activision

So I heard all the negative reviews about this game being a rehash of the last one and thats not true by any means. Its a continuation of the previous storyline and it does pretty good. I suspect most people were upset because of the online game play angle where the maps weren't all that great and the enenimes spawning in behind you on the game. (you also had to finish up the current storyline people duh!)I don't really care much for the online play on any game I buy and I buy a lot of games. I've played all the COD MW games and I follow Battlefield and a bunch of other games and I enjoy the solo campaigns myself so my primary focus is graphics, game engine, storyline and length of game. With that being said this game had great graphics, a good story line but I do wish it could be a little longer as it came in right about 11 hours of gameplay to complete the game. Most COD games run that length along with the battlefield series so I hope that improves someday.Played Vanquish and got 25+ hours of gamelay and great graphics, Drakes Fortune gave me 35+ hours and the games has amazing graphics, Played God of War III and got 40+ hours and the best graphics I've ever seen on a game. My point is you can make a game with reasonable play time, great graphics and a great game engine & frame rate and u don't feel like you paid too much.Overall this was a good game, pretty good characters but it.

I don't understand why some people review it bad because it wasn't way different than MW2. Sound effects are fair during normal gameplay, some things sound out of place once in while but it's not that big of deal.The co-op survival and Special ops mode is a nice touch and I'm glad they included it. This type of play was good for training and alot of fun split screen with a friend. O-Well maybe it'll be on the next COD.Overall this is a fast paced game with some cool scenes that is fun to play and a must for any Modern Warfare 2 fan. I would highly recommend it.

You fight local insurgents, troops, helos, bomb carrying insurgents and dogs, and the dreaded juggernaut(s). On easy it's mission 6 before you get to battle a pair of helos and just helos. Its wave 10 before you encounter a juggernaut. On 15 its 2, and 20 its 3 juggernauts. On the insane level its wave 3 and you're battling everything at once.The Maps: Most are some sort of cityscape. However, some are harder to defend than others and it wasn't truly applied to the level of difficulty. For example one insane scape is perfect for evading and defending. One less difficult level has an incredibly d.

IT was as if they put together a movie and let you control the star. The controls were smooth and the Objective pure and simple. They created a life with MW and you followed it through straight to the end of MW3Multiplayer: It is nothing like its predecessors. New weapons to the way you actually draw the weapon has been redesigned. Their is no other feeling that can describe joy as when you pull out a sub machine gun and flip open the arm grip. Most maps are what I would describe as "medium sized", and there is far less CQC in MW3 than any of the other releases.Sadly, call of duty elite is a joke (at least for PS3). I would not recommend anyone to get it unless they have a very active clan.I didn't purchase MW3 for the single player, so I'm not fit to review that aspect.

When Block Ops II comes out, we plan to get it and we will officially own every COD game for PS3.Now that we have two player online, I can say I'd rather play this game than Black Ops simply because in Black Ops, the second player does not get to keep their weapons. It goes back to the default and you have to redo everything, every time. In MW3, you keep everything, and you don't have to buy anything with points, you just simply unlock stuff. I really wish Black Ops did that, it would the playing so much more fun.
