Calvin Klein CK One Shock for Her Eau De Toilette Spray 200ml

The rollerball of this perfume was given to me by a friend like 10 years ago. I want to say it was Fall at the time and I was much more into warm, dark and heavy scents which is basically the opposite of CK One Shock. So I put it in a drawer and forgot about it. Short story long, I rediscovered it a few Summers ago and it has become my FAVORITE hot weather scent! This is coming from someone that does NOT like DG Light Blue... can't tell you why, my nose just doesn't like it. But CK One Shock!? It's just the perfect amount of fresh citrus at the opening and then it dries down to a very light/delicate chocolate/vanilla/floral skin scent. Ok, so the bottle is ugly... but you can get a 3+ oz for less than $20 and it smells so unique and good!

One of my absolute favorite perfumes! I first found this, by accident.. i found the knock off version at a mall kiosk. I loved that one, used it up, and forgot all about it a few years later. A few Christmas ago, i found it again but the real version this time! I knew if I loved the knock off i would LOVEEEEEEEE the real one! So i bought it.. I'm so glad I did! It is the best! It's great for everyday and for special occasions. I get lots of compliments on it! It lasts for hours.. I usually spray a few sprays. I love it 💓 plus the bottle and box is so cute! Also, big bonus.. it comes with a screw on top and the spray nozzle! So if I'm traveling i can pop the screw on top on and toss it in my purse! It's got a thick glass bottle that's sturdy! It is almost perfect in its category, both in terms of price and quality, the durability is average up to 4 hours. This is a juicy, cheerful, refreshing fragrance, a great option for the summer. The main notes are, of course, citruses, herbs and woods, with a few spices. I don’t feel lily of the valley, papaya and rose, the rest of the notes can be quite distinguished. Firstly regarding the packaging, I find it a bit of a hinderance to have the spray dispensers on the side (with a regular cap on the bottle) rather than just in the bottle like most perfumes. Then with the scent, whilst it smells okay it does remind me of a soap like smell. Also, compared to my other perfumes, this scent does not last long and will likely require reapplication.

This is a fragrance I had ALWAYS wanted when I was in high school, and I finally got a bottle of my own. On first spray, you get a very fresh, floral note with the passionflower, poppy, and peony. As it dries down, the chocolate and blackberry notes really start to come through. With a musk, vanilla, patchouli and amber base, this becomes a sweet, sexy scent. It can easily go day to night, as it’s not too offensive and doesn’t leave a huge fragrance bubble around you. I wish it had a better longevity to it, however, because after a few hours I struggle to notice it on my skin. However, I don’t mind reapplying throughout the day, but some people do. If you find this at your local TJMaxx, Marshalls, or elsewhere and find the notes appealing, I would pick it up and try it!

Absolutely lovely perfume. I've worn this for a long time now and am delighted to have been able to buy such a large bottle at such a reasonable price. This perfume is like candy but not sickly, it lasts a long time on and is suitable for day or evening. A young perfume but I am 60 and love it!!

Ck One Shock (L) 150Ml Shower Gel

A strong, bold and hardmuscled perfume with a spartan and assertive character. Kicks off with a fresh herbalterpenic blast of rosemary, juniper and lavender that strikes as very natural. This setting continues with a note of slightly camphorous pencil shavings, oily gasoline and a coumarinefresh hay tone that gets really cranked up in volume. In this, a note of warm nutmeg and a chalkyherbal waxycool spearmint join the party, that seem to temper down the loudness of this perfume. The dryout adds a dry and warm incensecypreswood in the mix with a little smokyness and a dark raspy tone while the sweet and softness of sandelwood keeps it in balance. Got this one yesterday as a birthday present, having never smelt it or even heard of it beforehand. On first sniff I thought Generic designer that literally gave off hints of Sauvage, 1 Million, a couple of David Beckhams etc etc and and was one of those that doesnt smell like any one frag but gives off hints of many. Best suited to a teenager or someone just starting out in frags so a definite NO from me. However, giving it a proper test on skin I actually get a sort of EternityCPEnew GIT vibe off it, which is due to the mint, peppermint, violet and sandalwood. Longevity is decent, 78 hours, projection moderate for 23, overall a pretty decent frag for spring and summer. I've been a fan of CK One for years and wanted something different. I did research into perfumes that people like if they like ck one and white musk. I don't like flower perfumes, so like a more musk-like smell. I quite like this perfume, but it's a little sweet. The smell lasts well and it makes a change from ck one. Its a good purchase at good value.
