The hose is good quality and lasts about 5years with daily use. There was limited supply as only 2 hoses were available on day of purchase. Price on computer was more expensive than shelf price but staff member gave me shelf price.

Quality of the hose and connectors are top notch but the 3 stars maybe a bit harsh but there is a strong plasticy taste initially so after a couple of days I treated it with a strong bicarb solution which did clear taste but it returns overnight. Every morning I have to run water out of the pipe then its ok mostly until the next day. Have persevered for 3 weeks and it is better but still tastes first thing. I do believe it will be ok eventually

Do not buy a regular hose. Once left in the sun a plastic taste will taint the water. Buy right the first time. Best price I could find too.
I bought this hose to replace the old hose for our caravan. It does the job well. No plastic taste and it doesn't kink easily either. The fittings are plastic but not leaks and they click on to the tap and caravan fittings firmly. Very happy to recommend this hose. Especially as I got it on sale for $10 off.
Great quality hose. No taste. Quite rigid but flexible enough to feed through tight areas if plumbed to a pump. Didn’t use the fittings supplied however, them seem good quality.
The hose comes with the correct connectors but I then needed some extra attachments for the hose does not fit in the water tank inlet so it still meant a trip to Bunnings to get them, they did not have the water filter either so a trip elsewhere to get a filter was required. the hose is now setup on a bladder tank with its own water pump.
This hose is supposed to be taste and odour free. Have used it for several days and it imparts a strong plastic taste on the water. Hopefully it improves with time but I doubt it. Previously purchased a cheaper version from Aldi which no taste in my water. Might have to get another Aldi one. This one is very disappointing.
Works like a hose should, BUT be aware that the part of the hose that clicks onto your caravan/camper inlet may be too thick to go on easily. We had to purchase a seperate hose connector attachment with a narrower profile to have it click fully into place, after the Camec end kept unclicking off our caravan. And we did sheck it was not a pressure issue to cause it to unclick it was simply a tad wide to click in completely.
Gives a real taste of water. Very happy with this hose & the connectors are strong too. Hundred times better than any other PVC pipes on the market. Sweet as water.
