I went on a long day hike during summer heat and I did not run out of water. Although it is a hydration pack, I was able to stash a sandwich and a protein bar in there. But it was a tight fit. Overall this hydration pack is an efficient way to stay hydrated all day long. It kept water cold for a vert long time. Moreover, its also very comfortable. I highly recommend this pack.

These thermoBak are great! Keeps the beverage cold. I fill with ice and water. The large opening provides easy access. The tube and mouth apparatus provides a as mush water as desired. Love the value to return unused water back to the pack to stay cold. Comfortable for all day use or to hang in your vehicle. Wonderful design.

Fantastic piece of kit, wide opening makes it easy to fill, good shape for both solo and in bag use. Water temp stays consistent in cold weather.
This is a great option if you want a minimalist, 3L bladder pack.But note that you’ll have to buy a magnetic hose clip . . . separately.Seems like it should have come with one.
Old models better, I bought one 11 years ago and the second one 10 years ago in 2021 I went on a trip and on the end of the trip I left it behind on the campground to pieces so sad we even didn’t remember where exactly we left them. I decided finally to purchase the new ones I did not like a design the old design much better when it is something working why you guys redesigning? Specially the Valve locking system system and opening never leaked!
I have quite a few hydration packs, this one is my favorite of the larger ones (3L+). It is easy to fill, very comfortable to wear and made of tough material. The straps are adjustable enough to wear tight against your body or with armor and a pack. There is enough room in the carrier to hold a few snacks and a TQ next to the bladder without getting in the way of filling it up. Just make sure you soak and rinse the inside of the bladder a few times before you use it to get rid of any odd tastes.
The product I was sent had a faulty o ring rubber seal and leaked water profusely, never got to use it once. I sent a claim in to have it warrantied by camelbak but the process is extremely difficult and I have yet to hear back from camelbak. I went with camelbak for their quality but would have been better off with on off Amazon.
I highly recommend adding this to your work kit. It holds almost a gallon of water, it sits above my saddle while I'm climbing and it keeps me sipping water all day. The straw detaches easily for cleaning. Its handy for refilling. A very well designed product, I haven't found any flaws yet.
high quality build, very well design, easy to fill up, easy to remove mouth piece and tube, flow restriction valve is integrated - no more dripping. all components are interchangeable with non military spec camelbak. awesome product design.
