Bought the insulated mat and the pump bag. Used for 3 nights down the snowies, temperature at its coldest was around 0. Felt warm and pretty comfy (actually had to let air out to make it a bit softer).My biggest complaint is how “slippery” the material is, I was camping on a slight incline (which is never ideal), and found it was pretty much impossible to stop my sleeping bag and pillow sliding off the mat. I am going to purchase the fitted sheet and hood this helps.5/5 for keeping the air pressure all night, I am not a small boy and this was much appreciated 😂

I Purchased the Alton sleeping mat and pillow as part of a lighter-weight summer kit. Have used it 1x so far. I expected the tapered design and narrower width compared to my other mat to be less comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case. The Alton mat was also less expensive than my other mat. I paired the mat with Alton's pillow. I am happy with both the value for money, quality and customer service of Alton products. I would recommend them to a friend and will purchase from them again

This sleeping mat is the best value for money without a doubt as it would be tough to find an equivalent mat from a rival company that isn't 3 x the price of this one. It's ultralight and a very comfortable whether sleeping on your back or side. It blows up very thick and provides plenty of support right along your body. Ive slept on quite a few mats and this one provides comfort an both hip and shoulder whilst also torso and legs. Highly recommend this product and highly recommend dealing with this Brand and its people. I've contacted them after the purchase to test the after sales support. They responded promptly and answered my question. 10 out of 10 for service. I absolutely love this brand that produces quality ultralight gear at an affordable price

The combination of weight, R-value and price is a total winner. It's very comfortable for back and side sleeping, super quiet and I haven't found myself sliding off through the night. It's easy to inflate, deflate and pack away. I love that the pump sack does double duty as a dry sack. The thoughtful, recyclable packaging gets a big thumbs up, in fact, I've kept the boxes for reuse. A great hiking mattress that does everything it says it does. I love the thickness (7.5cm) for the weight:insulation:price ratio and it definitely keeps its air all night and was quiet and firm. The only downside was that we slipped around on it all night. It's ripstop nylon is very slippery. My partner is a fit but wide & large man (6 ft, 95 kgs) and he found this a bit too narrow for the slipperiness and often ended up on the floor of the tent. Maybe a smaller tent would help, and the Alton goods fitted sheet also might stop this, however the weight of the fitted sheet is a drawback for me when we are trying to keep our pack light. We used a normal sheet over these mattresses but this slipped off also. Other than that, it's a very good quality hiking mattress.
