The Anti Flap Kit on it's own is not otherwise suitable to fit European-style box awnings. This results in a wind and waterproof seal between the edge of the roof fabric and the wall. With Australia's harsh climatic conditions, it's no surprise the AFK has revolutionized the way Caravanners with roll-out awnings enjoy the outside areas of their RV. The AFK will also help protect your awning, noting awning damage from windy conditions is the most common RV-related insurance claim. Compatibility: This kit is designed to be compatible with Fiamma F45 S Awnings sized from 3.0m and longer made from 2012 onwards. It is not compatible with F45S awnings smaller than 3.0m or any earlier versions of the Fiamma F45 built prior to 2012. It is also incompatible with roof mount awnings such as the Fiamma F65. In a small percentage of cases, there is insufficient space next to the shock absorber to install the bracket. Please check this before purchasing. As a guide, the hole in the bracket should line up with the edge of the awning material. Notes: This kit is a great alternative to the Fiamma Fast Clip System which includes a smaller sail track not compatible with many popular awning accessories. The Anti Flap Kit has three inbuilt standard-sized sail tracks so that awning walls or caravan end privacy sunscreens can be installed quickly and easily, by sliding in the 6mm spline (guide rope).
