Disappointing
Firstly I ordered in the wrong size so had to return and order a smaller size, the inability to exchange is a bit of a shambles. Then the second coats fur was poor quality very thin and nothing like the first or as advertised online. Then after sending that one back another has arrived today and to be honest after having trouble in the past I thought quality would of been double checked but no. Upon opening the parcel the Canada goose was all damaged, then I opened it and the coat was just chucked in the box almost to the point of being screwed up with loose fur all over it, everything in the box looked crumpled After looking at the fur trim that was only half zipped on, I noticed it didn’t look like it fitted the hood, I took it off and flipped it seems to fit a ... I would not recommend buying online at all. Maybe if I had brought from a shop I would of had a better experience.... Show more

DO NOT BUY!!!
Let me start this review off by saying canada goose offers a 30 day return policy and a lifetime MANUFACTURE warranty on all of there products. Nevertheless I have only been disappointed by this coat. After just one week the down in the coat started leaking out. In light snow around ~32 the coat is not waterproof. The entire hood was soaked and I could tell some of the water had reached the down making the hood lose its insulation. The pockets are not insulated. (expect your hands to always be cold <35. This coat seems to use very outdated technology. It is rated for -4 to 14 which is completely untrue. Below 20 degrees this coat is and one hoodie layer is unexpectedly frigid. Above about 32 degree I start sweating. I compared this to my old wintercoat which is 8 ... This coat is significantly more thin and uses a synthetic blend. This coat was around $250 back in 2018.This coat kept me warm in the same 19 degree weather the canada goose struggled in. Please Do not buy this coat. Go buy a northface for a quarter of the price. Canada Goose is a profit hungry company. This canada goose coat cost maybe $150 to make including the fur.... Show more

Excellent Bomber Style Jacket
This is my second Canada Goose jacket/coat and my wife has an identical Chilliwack jacket. I returned a three-in-one jacket from a different company because it wasn't warm enough. This one is like Goldilocks; just right. It looks awesome in my past military colors and looks like a flight jacket. Very stylish. I have an older Heli-Arctic coat that has served me for many years. Like anything else from Canada Goose I know I will have this jacket for a very long time.... Show more

Great jacket. Horrible! Customer service
I had to return my first order because the jacket was too large. Once I placed my new order I paid $30 for next day shipping and it took about a week to arrive. During that time I contacted customer support in order to get an update on the arrival and it was a complete waste of my time and when I asked if I could get a refund for the shipping cost she disconnected the chat. I would expect better from a Premium brand such as this. The jacket it’s self is good and I love wearing it. The only issue is the pockets are too small and I can’t fit my phone in them. Also when wearing the coat with only a t shirt underneath my arms get sweaty. If you want the jacket to fit I would recommend getting a size lower than you usually wear. I usually wear a size small (I’m 5’11 -145lbs) and the small was too big. I had my brother try the size small (he wears medium) and it fit him perfectly. I ended up trading my size small for an XS and it fits great.... Show more

Just a great jacket.
Had my Chilli for just over a year now and I must say … absolutely love it. Can’t fault it .. really…Reading some of the other reviews I just don’t get some of the issues .. the cold arms .. nope .. feathers moving .. nope ..I simply love it. It’s a perfect fit, the good is awesome the way it wraps and I’m gutted to be informed that CG are moving away from the bi product fit of the coyote culls … great shame. Bowing to the Karen’s who have no idea which is a shame.Mine is so warm .. I could wear nothing underneath on a sub zero day and not even know .. yet even on the mildest of days, the material breathes beautifully to maintain a decent core temperature. Can I fault it … well yes maybe. Some additional inside pockets wouldn’t go amiss … a zip pocket maybe ... MoreHad my Chilli for just over a year now and I must say … absolutely love it. Love the coat but...
Coat is awsome. Problem is sizing in the arms. The exploration parka has cuffed sleeves also, but the overcoat is sown after the cuff. This is not the case with the chiliwack and you end up spending 10 times a day fixing the cuff for it to look nice. The coat keeps warm for sure, but I don't quite understand where the down in the sleeves is? I have mine I wore since 1 month now. I have no down in my inner elbows and not great on the elbow itself. The most down missing is on the top side of the arm on your front arm. It seems down is shifting or just definitly does not have 625 down in certain areas.I'm saying this as I said after 1 month wear, not 1 year not 10 years, 1 month for a 1k4 dollar coat? guarentied at -15 seems quite off...I LOVE the coat the cut ... Doesn't seem to be the case for this coat which is frustrating because the construction is just awesome.... Show more

Love the colour
I was excited to receive my Chilliwack Bomber ahead of a big ski trip in early 2023. The packaging was premium, solid box and a decent carry bag. The jacket itself is well made and of high quality. The only slight disappointment was the scrawny fur trim on the hood. It was much thinner in real life than in the pictures online. For a jacket costing over £1,000, it was overlooked and not taken into consideration. The sizing is also slightly out. I have another CG jacket in Medium which fits perfectly, this one is larger and although still a medium, feels quite large. In hindsight, I should have selected one in person rather than purchasing online.... Show more

Not worth it
This jacket is definitely not worth over $500-$800. This jacket was once $800 plus made with more love and quality. You can sense the companies greed in profit and expanding. The north face jacket is the same if not better than this jacket. Only thing you get with Canada goose is the real coyote fur, which they are also planning on cutting out from their brand. Everyone has this jacket nowadays. This is just a hype like the recent most selling shoes. This company is not worth it. They use to be recognized as a quality jacket company but they are turning into a designer jacket company.... Show more

PBI Chilliwack Bomber, A Worthwhile Investment
Canada Goose PBI Chillliwack Bomber Jacket definitely delivers for winter weather. It's great looking jacket that will keep you warm. In fact, walking around NYC in frigid temperatures, anything more than a t-shirt underneath and I was too warm. Really well constructed and as others had mentioned, only improvement would be a deeper zip pocket on the inside. Decided to go with a different color than the norm and selected the PBI Blue and so happy I need. It really "pops" and am always getting compliments on how folks luv the color. The removable fur is an added plus especially when it's raining. I'm little over 5'10, #193 athletic build and typically wear a Large. A tad hesitant at first about spending this much for winter jacket but after receiving it and wearing it, so glad I made the investment.... Show more

Worth the price.
I’ve had north faces for as long as I can remember and living in NYC it gets quit cold during the winter months. So I decieded to go with something that has a lifetime warranty and is known to keep you warm, I went with this bomber because it’s a classic nice clean look, wanted to go with white becsuse the white looks flawless but I went with the royal blue and man it’s nicer in person than the pics on here, also like the PBI patch opposite side of the classic Canada goose logo. The zipping I still have to get used to because it’s made in Canada apparently they put the zipper on the other side compared to US which zips up with the right hand.. was looking at moncker but heard they don’t keep you as warm and a lot more money, the moose knuckles coat is nice but it’s ... Trust me you won’t be disappointed, I took the plunge and don’t regret not 1 penny!... Show more
