Buyer beware…. I bought the Rebel T100 in a package. I need reading glasses these days, so went to a camera store to buy an adapter for the viewfinder. I learned that the T100 is the stripped down version that Canon didn’t intend for the American market, thus can’t be repaired here. There is no viewfinder adapter available. All the other models have a built-in dial for that correction, but not this one. In the Rebel T6 and T7, there are stabilizers in the lens to accommodate wiggle of the photographer, not for the T100. There were other quality shortcuts that I don’t remember. The biggest thing is that it has to be sent to manufacturer for any service. I returned it and bought a licensed Canon.

Europe's 2000D is the USA's T7. It has English menus. It is the entry level of the higher quality still picture cameras and is well made and designed. It does do video at 1080 and is decent but for higher resolution video you would go for a different camera. The options are great for most people that are not professional photographers and good enough for those who are for 95% of their photos. Good variety of lenses available and the body is fairly compact while still large enough for good handling. None of the fancy niceties that cost extra money but still being able to get high quality photos.

It came on time and it was nicely package. There's no instruction booklet that comes with the box, only some ipc scanner code that allows you to download the owners manual to your phone. So unless you have space, you can do that. but there are plenty of You Tube videos that will help guide you through the set up processs.My one complaint on this is that the bag needs to be a bit bigger. What was given makes for a tight squeeze with everything unbox. Aside from that, I'm excited about what it can do.

Great Camera for the price. It is a great beginners camera with lot's of functions like manual setting for picture taking and other settings that allow the camera's system to set all your settings for you so you just have to point and shoot. Comes with camera, lens, battery charger and battery and the one that I got was a set so it came with a 35 gig memory which is nice. Fast picture taking with very little delay. One thing is the shutter sound which is pretty loud so if you can manage to overlook that it is a great little camera. Also if you will be carrying around I suggest you invest in a carrying case as it does not come with one.
I bought this camera a month ago. It works great but the only downside is it isn't a touchscreen. If you want to use it for recording like I do I recommend buying a side screen so you can see yourself recording from the front. Apart from that the quality is great and the camera is easy and fun to use I love taking photos with it. Make sure you get a camera lens clear protector because they're quite easy to scratch and break. The lens is very expensive so make sure you get that. Overall I think that it's a great buy for starter photographers and recording too. Overall I recommend this camera.
