I bought this printer to replace my HP 8630. This printer has the WORST print quality I have ever seen, the printed pictures look rubbish. Then on top of that, the printer goes to sleep and doesn't recover unless you press the power button.

Bought it 18 months ago, regret it. Always wants to print from back feed tray. Not good quality colour printing. Flaky connection to wifi. Stopped working after 18 months with constant paper jams.

The price could make you think that this is a feature rich printer, when in fact it's a reasonably basic printer that also happens to have megatank inks. As an example, the LCD is a small 2 line screen, with no back light. The pluses are that it has auto power on, and you can set it to auto power off after a defined time. It does have duplex printing, and it is wireless. If I had to start over knowing what I know now, I would not buy this printer as there are others available more feature rich for a similar cost.

Great printer for the home office, works well and fast
I recently purchased this as I have a home business set-up. I was looking for something that performs high quality colour printing and needed clean professional output for contracts and other documentation. This is exceptional the only downside is the longevity of the colours as they will need to be topped up on a regular basis if you do alot of colour printing. It's definitely not anywhere near 6000 pages but my paperwork is pretty full on woth extensive text and pictures. But overall I'm happy I made the purchase.
Professional and reliable for a small home office setting
I was hesitant to swap to a tank inkjet after using a colour laser for many years. This was just a dream to set up. So quick and easy , no problems with connectivity to my MacBook Pro. The test colour prints are vibrant and above my expectations. Can’t fault the printer. I purchased this one over the g6000 series as it has the auto document feeder (35 sheets). Duplex printing and you get loads of ink (3 full bottles of black plus a set of the colours).
Product came early, awesome. Easy set up, poor photo quality. I’m a digital artist that happily invested in this printer believing I would get the expected quality for my art prints. I reviewed the print to see blurriness despite the quality setting adjusted to ‘best’. I assured to have the file match up to the A4 measurements with the suitable DPI. If I knew this printer would be good for printing average worded documents then I would’ve settled for one half the price at MOST. I am filled with regret as this amount of money isn’t easily replaced
So far meets all expectations. Easy to set up and love the fact that ink tanks are refillable.
