My daughter wears 8.5 shoes and it fits her perfectly but this ballet shoes are probably made small. It is too tight on her. I have emailed target many times still awaiting response.

Perfect little slippers - great there’s no bow to come untied on top. But if you are purchase for a toddler, consider looking for wide or going up a size. They run narrow, but do have some stretch.
Not true to size at all, the shoe was no where near wide enough to fit a normal toddler foot, and that's even with going a half size up.
