I have tried many other paper bedding products and care fresh is hands down the best. I was originally recommended the product by my cavy savy vet. Since the recommendation I have been using carefresh natural bedding for several years with my Guinea pigs and have had zero problems with respiratory illness, mites or anything else. Which is more than I can say for the other brands I have used such as kaytee. It is soft, thick, absorbent and practically dust free unlike several other brands that claim to be.

Bought it unsure if it would work for me and my piggies, so glad I did! When opening the bag there is a much nicer smell compared to other beddings, like sawdust, which is also very dusty but when putting out the bedding there is no dust! It’s a miracle! The dust makes me choke up let alone my piggies who are much closer to the ground, the dust can cause uri and can make asthma worse for people and piggies! Unlike fleece/blankets you can’t smell the pee either! It’s super absorbant and super comfy! If I had enough I would sleep on it! Can recommend enough, good for both piggies and people! It’s also easy to scoop up and put in a bag and put in the bin. 100/10!

I got my first Guinea Pig when I was eight ! I am now retired (age ?) and Still have a pig-always. They are the sweetest, cutest and most Social of small pets, to me !! All animals are wonderful. Back in the day (lol) we used Cedar bedding. Wow. The paper bedding is soooo much better for many reasons. Easy to use and pick up off floor. 'Designer' colors, no dust, controls oder. It's just great and I wouldn't buy another brand/even on sale. Thank you for Your Attentions to the care of beloved smaller pets. Dorsey

I've been using Carefresh paper bedding with my Skinny Guinea Pigs for a couple years and they absolutely love it! The softness of the paper seems to be very comfortable against their hairless bodies and the paper bedding helps to keep their cage nice and dry! I briefly tried fleece cage liners for their cage and went back to the Carefresh Paper Bedding because it was just so much easier to vacuum out and replace the bedding compared to having to launder giant fleeces every few days. I highly recommend Carefresh Paper Bedding!
This is by far the best bedding out there for small animals! I have an elder hamster named Tater, this is the only bedding I will use. It is very absorbent, and there is no smell! One of the great qualities about this bedding is that it does not stick in my hamster fur, like other products I’ve used in the past, completely eliminating the fur matting issue I was having. I would highly recommend this product to my friends and family!
This product is incredibly helpful to keep the bunnies daily hygiene. It absorbs moisture, odour, is dust free, super soft and helps preventing urine scalding especially on special needs rabbits. The quality is fantastic and packaging is absolutely helpful for storing proposes. You only need small amounts each time you change the litter box because it expands a lots. It's not easy to find a product like carefresh bedding. For me it's unique and perfect as it suits all small pets even those with respiratory issues.

I have always used and love the White bedding for my guinea pigs for one main reason. Guinea pigs are known to sometimes have UTI (urinary tract infections), and one of the early indicators is blood in the urine. With white bedding (even mixed with aspen chips) I can easily see if piggy is having an issue. More than once it has given me an early warning that prompted a vet visit so we could start meds asap. For me, that is a huge benefit, and for that reason, I will always use this bedding.

I have been using carefresh bedding for about 2 years now and ever since my first use it has been my go to. I have 4 rats in one cage and had been looking for the beat bedding that has good odor control and can absorb a lot. At first I used Oxbow bedding and while it got the job done I had to use over half a bag of bedding for one change. It wasn’t cost effective either with each bag costing around $20. I knew at that point I needed a new type of bedding and that’s when I landed on carefresh. Carefresh allows me to really use the less is more sort of approach. Each time only uses 1/4 to half of the bedding instead of 3/4 - a full bag with oxbow. I really recommend using carefresh bedding for any small animal that you may have.
