The bladder didn't leak and it fitted snugly in the pack. However the bladder tasted of plastic every time I used it despite having rinsed it 10 times & used lemon juice etc. Because of this I stopped using the bladder on a recent trip and went back to using water bottles. Also there wasn't any room in the pack for much else so if you're thinking of using this as a day pack then I suggest you get something bigger (such as a 27 litre daypack which can hold water bottles, your lunch and a raincoat).

The 2L bladder is ample for day hikes and theres plenty of storage for personal items, a compact first aid kit and snacks.The extra straps and pockets on the outside make it easy to store my trekking poles and my jacket when I dont need it.The only negative is the slight plastic taste to the bladder and tube. It took a few washes with warm soapy water to reduce it down to a bearable taste.

The bag is comfortable and has everything youād expect for the price point. The negative however is that the bladder feels very thin and cheaply made. It feels like it could break at any moment and the lack of a detachable tube is a bit annoying. You could easily put a more expensive bladder in it, but by the time you do that, the price will be up around the same as the more reputable brands of hydration pack. That being said, mine hasnāt leaked or broken yet and I use it almost every day. But every time I fill it, I think ātoday could be the dayā.
Very comfortable to wear. Internal pockets could be a little bit bigger as it is a tight squeeze when the bladder is full. However I can still carry all the essentials when hiking without needing a bigger daypack. So far no issues with fraying or stitching.
I love this product. It fits so comfortably on me and doesnāt dig or rub on the skin around arms. Both my partner and I are very different builds and it fits both of us with some easy adjustments.Everything is very functional and fits a surprising amount inside it. Definitely recommend a good wash of the bladder before you use! Happy hiking!
Bought this the other day, price matched in store. It's the goldilocks of bags, not too big but not too small. It has pockets on pockets, comfortably fitting a med kid, rain jacket, and a lunch with the bladder full and space to spare. Zippers are durable and the bladder is ergonomic. Have had a 20L caribee bag for close to 4 years without a hiccup and these zips seem even sturdier. Could have a bit more padding on the straps but you won't notice it at this size. I'm 200cm tall and this fits me well. Waist strap is a bonus too
Wish I bought one earlier. Love how you can clip around chest and waist which makes it better for kids, 5k walks and jogging. Take anywhere. Love the pocket space, plenty of room for phone, medication and snack food. Itās not heavy when full, Itās perfect sizing and Powerade taste great from it.
This replaced my 20 year old Caribee pack, which had finally given up the ghost. Skycrane is almost exactly the same design (the bladder has undergone improvements) which I think is a testament to what a great product they produce. I actually purchased an āupgradeā mouthpiece as well, which Iāve not had to useā¦ these are great out of the box. This pack stands up on their own merits, but if youāre considering as an alternative to higher priced brand I absolutely recommend.
Purchased this for my first trail run event - was perfect for what I needed it for. Numerous pockets / areas to easily hold keys, phones & other items.Easy to set up and adjust. Easy to add water and drink from whilst running. Felt comfortable while running. Haven't got anything to compare it with, but it certainly met my needs.
