i originally started looking into the benefits of taking omega because I was having lots of brain fog issues. A few weeks into taking the supplement I’ve noticed a huge change into my health. This includes my brain function, my vision, and skin health. I highly recommend looking into this product and purchasing it because you will not regret it, I sometimes struggle to take pills and this one’s a large one, but it’s so easy to take. It does not taste like fish which is the best part. this is one of the most high-quality brands I could find on omega‘s. I recommend to everyone.

This is not my normal brand but I love you get the extra bottle. I have always heard that this brand is higher quality for its fish oil Packaged well and Higher mg for its oil omega - I have used it for several years for my skin, hair, heart health and my brain health. I def notice then when I skip them - my skin suffers which I do sometimes to see if they work well. The also lower my inflammation considering I have autoimmune diseases ( Hashimottos and Celiac).To me, I did not notice any fishy taste in these, and the size was doable. However, the size to me of all fish oil is pretty large and these seem to be average for size for fish oil which is fairly big capsules. With this product, I clearer mind and improved my memory capability. That product is as good as bought another package recently but with more capsules. Side effects weren't observed with this product. My hair looked natural, and my heart worked well because I had more energy when I workout. The product tastes good and does have not any redundant smell. The greatest Omega-3 that I ever used.
Not much I can add to others' reviews of this wonderful O-3 fish oil product...though I'll say I've never had the fishy burps with it. My husband uses it regularly for supplementation since he has a hard time eating oily North Sea fish (like herring and sardines) that I am able to enjoy. But I take it from time to time to bridge those times when we're short on fish eating and want to keep our omegas balanced, and benefit from the inflammatory control of proper omega fatty acid balanced. I don't easily swallow pills, but these go down very nicely.
