Taste and the quality is good. Iherb packaging is nice. 200 ml (80 serving) is good size for this price. Specially is best for child ages. After taking omega kids become more attentive to learning, even memorise faster. The fish oil good to take with d3 vitamin, because d3 help assimilate fish oil good. I bought this because I've had issues taking fish oil supplements before (nausea) and I appreciate that you can take smaller doses with a liquid supplement. The "Kid's" version is the same as the "Normal" lemon flavor, just with a different serving size listed on the back. I usually take a little under 1/2 teaspoon with breakfast and I haven't felt nauseous at all! (I'm an adult.) The lemon flavor does a decent job distracting from the fish taste.
