It took a good 5 months of consistent use to see results on my skin. The benefits are outstanding: My keratosis pilaris (red bumps on skin) is completely gone without any exfoliation or creams. If you need higher amounts of Omega-3 but hate taking so many pills, Maximum Omega 2000 is the answer. I get all I need in 2 pills instead of 4 or 6! Trusted quality and purity. Noticeable reduction in joint pain and inflammation. I hate running out of this stuff. For general health and well-being, lower doses are fine. This product is for when you need actual therapeutic doses.
I really like this in pill form, my husband will now take these since he cannot taste them. I want to say though I did buy the gems at my local Vitamine Shoppe and they were spoiled. The due date was a year from now but something happened in their transit to the store. That is the last time I buy anything at the store. I will continue to buy directly from the source. I had only gone the Vitamin Shoppe so I could get the gems that day. That is the 2nd time buying fish oil from them they've been spoiled. I am now waiting to order & going without for awhile.
