I'm 73, in good health, and have always been a believer in anti-oxidants. Grape seed is one of the strongest. I've taken it for years, and I fully believe it helps fight the bad effects of smoking and alcohol, pollution, etc. on the body. This is an excellent strength. Highly recommended
Consuming Grape Seed, in sensible quantities, is undoubtedly helpful as a part of our standard well-being. As a female, of slight build, I take only 1 cap per day instead of the noted 3, with the hopeful possibility that less might actually be more, or, at least, sufficient.
