CarPro Reset Ph Neutral Car Wash 1L
CarPro Reset was formulated as the perfect partner to nanotechnology based sealants and coatings, with cleaning properties tailored to their unique needs. Utilizing Intelligent pH Surfactants, Reset breaks down road grime and traffic films with the power of an alkaline cleaner, whilst being as gentle on the surface as a pH-neutral shampoo. Afterwards Reset quickly rinses free from the surface, leaving behind no soap residues or interfering silicones, and restoring the beading and dirt releasing properties (The ‘Hydrophobic Effect’) of the surface to help maintain its protection. Combined with excellent lubrication, a strong foaming action for improved dirt suspension, and a high dilution ratio, this makes for a highly effective and economical wash. At the same time, Reset is almost entirely based upon naturally occurring, organic ingredients, making it as safe for the environment and for the user as it is for the vehicle. If dirt is hiding the beauty of your car or motorcycle, then you know that it is time for a Reset!

Now my favourite car shampoo. It gives a thick creamy foam even in cold water. Using a Sheepswool mitten and a two bucket system, ensures excellent cleaning. It’s really economic to use. All in all, I’m chuffed with it.

One cap full in a bucket of water (enough to wash a-car) It foamed up beautifully, smelt not to bad either. Jet washed first then used shampoo. It cleaned the car and left the polish on the car untouched. Rinsed the shampoo off and dried it off. No steaks, no water residue left on the car. Yes I recommend this product.

I used Reset to prepare my car for ceramic coating. It worked great. It is quite concentrated and I probably used too much (2 capfuls in a 2 gallon bucket). I think that 1 capful will be adequate for future washes. The car was very clean and there was no residual rust on the car or wheels when I followed up with IronX

I'm one to follow directions, and when the CQUARTZ directions say I should use a specific product to maintain the surface, you bet I will. That being said, I'm very pleased with Reset's performance. All I did was a touchless wash on my recently coated car and 90% of the dirt fell right off. I felt like a hand wash was a waste of time and energy but I did it anyway and wam! When paired with a good wash mitt (Microfiber Madness!!) I left 0 scratches in the paint. I had so much leftover life in the bucket of Reset, I saved it for another wash I had to do and it still offered plenty of suds when agitated with my pressure washer. I could easily get 2 mid-size cars done with one bucket of Reset, and with only using 1.5ishOZ of solution, that's a great value.
Your product was recommended by a young man in an auto parts store for ceramic coated cars. I recently had my Veloster ceramic coated. The Carpro reset came quickly. Well packagedLathers up and makes washing my car a breeze. Has a nice clean fragrance too. Left my car with a great shine. Very okeased
Let’s start off with the smell, incredible minty smell i could almost drink it. As for the important stuff, the soap is thick so it dilutes very well, when washing it lubricates the surface very well it does not feel dry. Rinsing the soap off is very easy and leaves an incredible shine and super clean finish. The results are amazing probably the best soap on the market, especially if you have ceramic coating which i do on my car
My go to maintenance wash for all my ceramic customers. Cleans and rejuvenates the ceramic back to like it was the day we delivered. I always include this in my goody pack for customers that get coatings. Doesn’t smell bad like others I’ve tried, clings to the surface just long enough to clear out clogs in the coating, I dilute mine for minimal suds which helps see the panels and ensure they’re clean.
This is my second bottle of RESET. It was recommended to me from a friend that is a professional detailer. It's Great!!!It was delivered quickly and packaged very well. I'll definitely use this seller again.
Reset is a fantastic car shampoo. I have yet to use it on a car that isn't coated with CQuartz, so I can't really comment on its performance for a non-ceramic coated car BUT, on a car that is coated, its awesome. Initially I thought the dilution ratio was BS, I mean, how can 1.35 oz of soap in 5 gallons of water really work? Well, it does! It's slippery, and the wash mitt glides with little to no effort. It leaves behind no fillers or gloss enhancement which is exactly what you want when maintaining a coated vehicle. I always finish up with Elixir to give extra pop and protection to the paint.
I have used many but none come close to the lubricity reset provides. it is the best at reducing the possibility of marring/swirls/love marks when doing your maintenance wash. quick detailers will scratch even if u have very light dust....do not believe the hype that they wont. quick detailers have their place which is after a good quality wash like reset provides. no residue and leaves paint clean - to apply topper/QD/gloss enhancer. i do a two bucket wash....u only need 1oz/4gal in wash bucket.....I first pre-treat with ONR at dilution of 3/4oz/gal using a pump garden sprayer to lift dirt - u can easily do a vehicle with that gallon....then use cyclone mitts/3 in reset bucket. my rinse bucket has 3 gal of water and also has ONR (1/2 oz)….both buckets have grit ... MoreI have used many but none come close to the lubricity reset provides. it is the best at reducing the possibility of marring/swirls/love marks when doing your maintenance wash. quick detailers will scratch even if u have very light dust....do not believe the hype that they wont. quick detailers have their place which is after a good quality wash like reset provides. no residue and leaves paint clean - to apply topper/QD/gloss enhancer. i do a two bucket wash....u only need 1oz/4gal in wash bucket.....I first pre-treat with ONR at dilution of 3/4oz/gal using a pump garden sprayer to lift dirt - u can easily do a vehicle with that gallon....then use cyclone mitts/3 in reset bucket. my rinse bucket has 3 gal of water and also has ONR (1/2 oz)….both buckets have grit guards.ONR in rinse bucket draws out the removed dirt and helps keep it in bottom of rinse bucket.....and it works extremely well. The remaining reset solution is clean and clear and can be used for next wash....just add as needed with proper dilution ratiomay seem like a lot of work and time.....once u have buckets ready.....15 min/20 max to do whole vehicle(lexus ES350)....using good drying towels). The beauty of this method is paint is sparkling clean and makes whatever QD/gloss enhancer..etc...really POP...and maximizes the protection the topper u use provides.cost is minimal.....approx .85/wash
