The Stress and Anxiety Spray works within 15 mins. It has a wonderful calming effect. I have repeated spray every couple of hours when my stress levels are high.

Didn't work for me and tastes awful
I use this product with the Carouso Antianxiety Vitamins .. both work well for mild moderate stress and anxiety.
Been using this for a few weeks and it instantly seems to help calm me in moments of anxiety when my heart is racing as well as when I feel on edge ready to explode at my daughter, just a few sprays and I calm and take a breath ... buying more before it runs out! Genius
Before purchasing I didn't really expect it would help me, but it really does help keep those anxious feelings at bay when they come on suddenly. I carry this spray with me at all times.
