Easy tablets to take, no after taste or reflux, not sure if their effectiveness yet as I have not been taking them long
I have worked with various remedies for dealing with ongoing Hot Flushes over many years. Some have worked very well, but were too expensive and impacted my digestive system negatively. Some made very little impression on the flushes. But I have found Caruso's Sage to be quite helpful. I started taking it at the beginning of summer and haven't experienced many hot flushes at all - just the occasional one. It doesn't impact my digestive system at all and works with the other supplements I"m taking. I'm very grateful.

Great product works well for flushes
Been taking for approx 2 weeks now, I am sleeping better (not sure if it's the colder weather or the sage) and not waking up from the sweats during the night, during the days I still get the flushes but I don't think I get as many. Well worth trying I'll keep taking to see how i go over next 6 months.
