This is an amazing product . I have been taking for 10 weeks and feel my hair has grown 1 1/2 - 2 inches and my hair feels so much more healthier since taking it . I can not recommend this product highly enough definitely 5/5 for me .

I have been using Caruso's Hair food tablets for quite a while now after losing some hair due to trauma. My hair improved immensely after taking it for a few months. I didn't think I needed it anymore so I stopped taking it but noticed my hair didn't look as healthy so I am back on them and my hair retuning back to looking and feeling healthy.
I noticed a reduction in the amount of shedding my hair was doing while taking this product. I’d tried other products like Silica and Swisse collagen for hair and even Vidaglow but Caruso’s worked best for me.
I bought this due to hair loss along my hair line and slow growth. I am so pleased with the results after just one bottle of this! My hair is longer and healthier, it has also grown back along my hair line.
I can swear by this product, got recommended by a health store and I am just blown away by its results. My hair looks so happy, healthy, long, strong and I literally get asked what have you been doing for your hair! You must try it if you are contemplating.
I decided to try the hair food as I’ve had good results with other Carusos branded products, but this one I felt wasn’t effective and had no results. Will go back to the hair tonic.
