Best sleeping pill I have found
These actually work, I usually only need one and although they don't put you to sleep, but when you do get to sleep, it is deeper and more restful sleep. I really feel the difference
The product certainly helps me get a good night's rest.
Tablets are huge even when halved, very hard to swallow and taste terrible.
They smell and taste horrible.

I have only tried a few times so far. I only took half the recommended dose (1 tablet) as I only wanted a few hours snooze, but it seemed to promote a deeper more restful sleep. I tried the Fusion brand prior to these and they were not as good. I think these ones are better. They certainly do not PUT you to sleep like pharmaceutical ones, but once you finally get to sleep naturally I feel that they help give a deeper more restful slumber. Well worth a try!
