Well it does work, but I think you only get 2 real cups, and not 4 as it indicates. Comparted to an espresso machine, it does not produce good creme on top. However the coffee is good, and it does work. We have a gas stove, and I was concerned this might not work, but all seems OK there, the problem is the small base does not stand up well on our range grid.

Looks nice. Purchased this product instead of a cheaper aluminium product because it was advertised as suitable for induction hobs. My Whirlpool induction hob couldn't detect it. Interestingly though I checked with a magnet and it is magnetic

Well it does work, but I think you only get 2 real cups, and not 4 as it indicates. Comparted to an espresso machine, it does not produce good creme on top. However the coffee is good, and it does work. Perfect. Easy to use. Takes little time to brew a good cup of coffee.
Really good item. Pretty food for making 2 Cups at a time. Use 160ml water at a time for best results. Reg valve is a nice touch that will prevent this from blowing up. DO NOT FILL water above the regulator valve.
This fantastic kitchen item makes the best coffee I have ever tasted really easily. It will make 4 cups of espresso, but I use it to make one large cup of coffee. Easy to clean, this model works beautifully on an induction stove which the aluminium models will not.
Top half leaked and was of a really poor design. It was really hard to clean as well as there is not enough room to get a brush into the top part where the finished coffee ends up. Worst of all I couldn't make a decent coffee with this even though I've used other stove top espresso makers for years.
This is a great product but it is more like a 2 cup than a 4. And no aluminum. (I was a bit confused about what the in side was coated with but after contacting manufacturer they informed me it was sandblasted stainless steel inside.)
Arrived on time so kudos to the supplier. I suppose you get what you pay for. Out of the box the lid doesn't close. The stainless steel seems to actually drip from the top section. As if it's actually aluminum but dipped in something. It feels flimsy. Most importantly, the cup takes very little coffee so you can't actually make a strong cup, even with it tamped down. This is only good for desperate backup use.
A basic Italian stove top coffee maker, does the job well with no frills or fancy gold handles. Definitely, value for. K et, although it feels a bit tinny it does the job.
