This is an excellent watch. I looked on several websites specifically for a dual alarm watch, for my different times and was tempted to give up the search for a dual alarm WRISTWATCH of less than $100. Then I saw this Casio, who I know makes good watches, and yes, I found exactly what I wanted. About the same size as my old one and a comfortable watchband. The instruction book was really helpful in getting the data all set up on the face, but was still easy to do. I am quite pleased with this watch and the great price too. I highly recommend Casio for making a great, affordable double alarm watch. And thanks to Walmart as well. Delivery was excellent.

This Casio CA-56 calculator watch is a replacement for the same model that I purchased previously. Both watches broke (fractured) where the band attaches to the watch in the same way and only after an average of 3-4 months. This watch has no manufacturers warranty and Walmart only covers it for 90 days. I am stuck with a useless piece of junk. Don't make the mistake of buying this model! I have owned other Casio calculator watches which lasted for years. This model has an inherent engineering flaw because I'm a senior and don't put watches through much wear and tear these days. No matter the cost of the watch, I was hoping for a little better show of workmanship on behalf of Casio.
The screen is almost impossible to read in anything other than direct light, the buttons are so tiny even a child will struggle to press them and you need a degree in computer science to set the correct time, i have no idea how the stopwatch works and i think i set the alarm by accident and cant figure out how to switch it off. In other words, this is exactly how they where back in the day! if you like the nostalgia then you will love it, if you buy it to actually use as a timepiece / calculator i can guarantee you will get frustrated with it in minutes, the quality is exactly what you would expect from a Casio i.e. bullet proof. Style wise i personally like the look of the dark grey / black, you can get these in a silver or gold which have an easier to see display though in my opinion just don't look as nice. This particular model does not come with a backlight, as such you cannot read it in the dark although i never remember these having a backlight back in the day anyway? To summarise, inits favour its a well built and very retro time piece that does what it says in the ad. Against it the screen is difficult to read in low light and impossible in darkness, the buttons are tiny and for me at least was tricky to set up (though i didn't read the instructions) overall, i would recommend this watch for the memories and not the functionality.
This watch replaced a nearly identical one that I bought many years ago. I like having 5 alarms and a countdown timer in addition to the 12/24-hour display, stopwatch, and alternate time zone. I had changed the battery in my old watch multiple times and by now it was literally falling apart, so I was glad to find this replacement. The new watch arrived when promised, was new in box complete with the display stand, and worked perfectly. I'm sure it will serve me well for many years to come. I could not be happier with my purchase of this watch.
Love this watch because it has a countdown timer. That is a rare thing in a watch, but MUCH more useful than a stopwatch. It is good looking, fairly easy to read, and the buttons are large enough that it is fairly easy to set. My only complaint, which is echoed by others on the internet, is that the watchband breaks after about 2 years. It is a nice watchband, comfortable, but whatever plastic it is made of gets brittle and breaks where you bend it to buckle it. So it made me laugh to see the "10 year battery" on package. Yeah, 10-year battery, but 2-year watchband! But the watch is inexpensive enough that I have just bought a new watch when the band breaks. I have done that twice now!

His last watch was only a year old and the band broke then immediate after the watch just stopped working. Thought it was the battery. Brought it to a jeweler and the battery is perfect but the watch was not. I ordered a new one the. Realized he wanted me to order other items within 12 hours so I cancelled the original watch and added it to the other items to get the free shipping. The cancellation said if it was NOT able to be cancelled I would get an email. Well we now have 2 watches and I need to figure out how to return the first one and get refunded for the watch, the shipping, and return shipping. DB-36-1AV has been my go to Digital Watch for decades. Due to its somewhat simplistic display layout. However, its is not the easiest display to read because of the low contrast - in low light, even at dust the watch face can become almost unreadable. As the display cover is plastic you're not going to want to expose the face to abrasive contacts, even accidentially these can reduce the readability of the display over time (and this watch can last a long time). So I would not recommend it to mechanics or construction workets.
