Everything works as expected. The light is bright AND long. The timekeeping is automatic. The solar power reserve is LONG! I don’t even attempt to put it on the window sill;
haven’t needed to…. I just love it!

A tough watch with good features.

I like the watch overall. It is comfortable to wear. The screen is easy to read in daylight but the “light” button takes a bit of getting used to if it’s dark. The two best features is
the solar recharge and the phone link to set the time. Most of the time I let the watch do its automatic time set thing at about 12:30am. When I travel and change time zones,
all I have to do is reconnect the phone/watch to easily set the correct time. I love that! Its price was the upper end that I wanted to pay but overall I’m happy with the watch.

Love this G-Shock, the yellow is excellent. Solar and multiband 6 and the tortoise led.I wish they'd put the battery level on the display but then again the display is less
cluttered (you can always check the battery level on your phone).

I love this watch! I’m a huge G-Shock and Casio fan and have been waiting for this to land for a while. I need HR and steps for my hiking hobby and paired with the life log this is perfect. I am still getting to grips with all the functions but so far I’m impressed. Two things that are frustrating but I’m sure will improve with updates are the GPS over exaggerates the mileage by quite a lot! and maps do not always load on the completed activity, which is annoying but not a deal breaker (if I am doing something wrong, my apologies!)Overall though this is an important part of my G-Shock square collection.... Good but concerning trend towards minimalism
28 January 2024
It's good to get a tough solar, mb6 watch in bright yellow with a TORTOO aesthetic (pic on caseback, light and cutout on keeper) but what concerns me is the lack of a L M H battery indicator and no screen showing last successful sync with radio. Why is Casio removing information we have on other models?... Show more

Great watch, terrible website
16 April 2024
Everytime I order from the gshock site I get nonstop errors at checkout, no matter what browser I use. Last transaction took literally all day and night trying to get it completed, Casio customer service is non existent. However the watch is awesome. FIX YOUR SITE!!... Show more

Not exactly what I expected but nice watch
14 January 2024
I find it a bit big but not too uncomfortable to wear. The light makes it hard to see what the time is. There's not enough contrast between the background and the hands of the watch. Overall, it's a nice piece and the functions work good.... Show more

I’ve had great luck with Casios since the early 90’s. I bought the GWB5600 for the Bluetooth connectivity and the competitive price. The app makes setting alarms and syncing the watch to the atomic clock a breeze!... Show more

The only digital watch you'll need
26 May 2024
Wearing an extraordinary Casio Lineage for a while I've noticed I prefer using a digital screen over the analogue dial. I used to have a digital watch some 25 years ago and I felt a bit nostalgic. Being spoiled by modern standards I understood an ordinary digital Casio watch will not fulfil my expectations. I wanted solar battery, radio synchronisation and at least 100 m WR.This model went above and beyond with 200 m WR and Bluetooth connectivity. Also being a biotech researcher I really enjoyed Darwin's finch logos and Galapagos references.... Show more
