I absolutely love this watch, I’ve got many g-shocks and wasn’t sure about this but took a gamble. I’m glad I did, it’s become my daily. I have had all Apple Watches up to 6 and I got sick to death of having to charge it every single night, what good is a sleep tracker if it’s dead!? All the notifications and rubbish it would pop up with drive me insane! So I binned it and went back to a traditional watch. The GBD-H2000 is just the right amount of “smart” I don’t care for notifications about text messages or Facebook posts but this watch will show you them if you want it to. The new Casio watches app is good, far better than the previous move app. The watch is quite large but surprisingly comfortable, very light, the MIP display can be read at any angle whether in bright sunshine or pitch black as it has auto light on for up to 5 seconds when you raise your wrist when it’s dark. If you’re on the fence about this watch I say go for it. It is well worth the money, it really is a fantastic watch, probably more so if you’re already a G-SHOCK fan. Amazing 10/10 from me!

Love the look and the functionality of the watch. Me myself would prefer if it was bigger and weighed a bit more as I like bigger watches (like GBR-B1000).I am glad Casio now has the messages and notifications on the screen in full so you can read them without going through the menu (thank god).Love the light that comes on when switching functions, much needed.The screen is beautiful always pick a MIP LCD over a coloured screen, so easy to read and just looks sooo good.The data given through the watch for work outs/runs/swim etc are great, giving the carbs, protein or fat used.The app is really good lots of data and can re-do the work out to see your peek heart rate and what was the hard part. Would like to be able to syn with the health app and other work out apps as the H1000 did.Only things that are letting the H2000 down is the sleep monitor, this isn’t working at the moment as the watch doesn’t record or the app display data and the heart monitor isn’t as quick as the H1000 it takes a few minutes to start to display the reading.I have spoken to Casio and they are looking into it so hopefully we will have a update to these.Just please Casio send more than one or two updates as was the case with the H1000 and the GPR-B1000. We would like more functionality prehaps a solar graph to show when we are getting recharge as garmin has.Over all I would say definitely a 8/10 (if they sort out the two issue then easy a 9/10)Definitely worth the moneyWell done Casio

I love G-Shock, I have a collection, several rare ones, but I purchased this as I wanted one that tracks my fitness as I’m a keen cyclist. So first impressions, it looks amazing, the size, the build quality, just what you would expect in a G-Shock, even the interface is intuitive, and it tracks well. But this is where it stops, sadly it cannot connect to Strava, or any other third party health apps. So now I have information all over my phone relating to my health and fitness.
