Casio Herrenchrono G-Shock Watch GA-110GB-1AER

The promotional 'Photos' and 'Videos' make this watch look great, but in reality its poor. Its so difficult to read the time because the hands of the watch just blend into the background, its almost impossible to read the digital displays. Personally, I'm disappointed with this watch, and would not recommend it. In truth I wish I'd gone for a refund. Delivery from Watch Shop was really quick. Cheers Bernie.

This watch is completely useless. You cannot read the time properly, both day and night, both in it analog clock and digital clock. You have to focus and search for the analog clock hands are and the digital display color is also so week and you cannot see it. The golden colored dial and main part overpowers everything and make it invisible. This is the worst watch I have every purchased in 45 hrs. I requested for an exchange and the customer care tell me that the return policy time is over. I believe in flee market, you can get a better watch. Please do not buy this watch and waste money unless you want to wear it like a jewellery. Yes it shine like gold... probably the cheapest Jewelley you can buy. Good watch. but....

They have to make setting the time date etc easier. the O&M manual is impossible to understand. setting up the watch should not have to be so complicated. however, it's a rugged watch for the outdoors guy. It's just has too many extra features. they should make this watch with time, both analog and digital, date, day. and simple compass. and also make the digital numbers READABLE with MORE contrast. can't read digital info unless in bright light. needs back light. the light they have is just in front and is useless, actually makes it harder to see anything. light should come from under dial not on top and sideways. just stupid...all and all these are good watches for 70.00-80.00. Great watch, excellent value for money

So I actually bought my first G-Shock watch in 1997 before starting in the army. That watch followed through 6 years of active duty and 2 tours abroad. It was perfect. So buying this watch was my tribute to G-Shock and getting back to a watch in know can go through hell and back, and tell the time under any condition. This watch is quite stylish and does not hold the same features as my first G-Shock which included features such as Compass which wasn't affected by magnetic fields and a light feature that ensured you not to lose your night vision, while using in the dark. Love the watch, but....

I love the digital and analog display for time. I love that when I go to world time I can choose a city/time zone and when I press 2 buttons I can switch my analog time to the new zone for when I travel. I love the look of this watch in general.What I hate is that the light on it is a joke. If you a watch with an internal light this is not the watch for you. This light consists of 1 led at the 6 o'clock position that doesn't illuminate the digital time at all and because of the layout of the watch casts such a shadow on the dial that it is completely useless. For me this isn't an issue because 95% of the time I'm in an environment where I don't need a light...but just seeing how ineffective it is when I do use it is enough to cause me to wish Casio just left it ... MoreI love the digital and analog display for time. My husband loves this Casio watch

My husband has this watch and he loves Casio so I can leave a pretty accurate review of this Casio Men's AQS800WD-1EV Slim Solar Multi-Function Analog-Digital Watch. This watch is great. product and price! The silver color allowed my husband to wear it with suits to the office without looking awkward as when wearing typical black sports watches. This Casio is a lot lighter in weight than it appears, a trait that he personally likes but others won't. It keeps good time and the solar (light) power feature continues to work fine. He has worn it regularly in the shower, in pools and the ocean and have not experienced any problems with leakage or fogging that other reviews have reported. Great job Casio, another winner!

Nice

I gave this to my BF as a graduation gift and he was over the moon. It looks better in person than online! The price is right and it has an expensive look. I had no idea it had an internal light that can be switched on and off. If you are looking for a gift idea this is it! It can be worn everyday or sporty/dressy.

Useless! Difficult to read the time

The clock time arms are difficult to distinguish from the background. The digital screen is too small & dark to see anything. Making out the time was dangerous while driving. Pretty useless actually. I just threw mine in the bin

Watch is nice but strange instructions

So I ordered this for my husband as a wedding anniversary gift for him to use at work. The first very odd thing is the delivery company they use.. dx delivery. Won’t give a time slot so missed the first delivery and then missed the second.. won’t leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. Finally had the watchDeleivered to my place of work ... when myHusband opened it there was no instruction book but instead about 5 A4 pages which were photocopies of the instruction book- these were blurred and a page was missing. gift box is a rip-off

The watch is beautiful, my boyfriend loved it. I gave it 2 stars because the service was terrible. It was a gift so i paid for a gift box but they just threw the watch in a shipping box. also asked that they hide the price and they didn't do any of my requests. Dont charge people for gift wrapping if you're just going to throw it in the box.
