Casio Black face Steel watch with day and date dis

This is very good value at this price.Reliable, Smart looking timepiece.No numerals on the face but clear day and date indicator.Easy to operate.Slight imperfection.. the hands are sometimes a little difficult to distinguish against the black dial.Otherwise an excellent and budget aware choice from the extensive Casio range.

I bought this watch to replace a Fossil watch that I bought from another seller on e-bay. The Fossil died after a year and 3 weeks. The staff at batteries + insisted that the battery was fine but something was preventing the hands from moving. I had bought the Fossil to replace another cassio that the crown broke off of when I bumped my hand into a door frame. I choose this model on a whim due to the Roman numerals, the black markings on a white dial, and the 38mm case diameter - I would have bought a smaller watch if I had found one meant for a man; I am a small man, my wrist is under 6-1/2 inches in circumference. The outer edge of the dial is overcluttered with 3 or 4 unnecessary markings between each minute marker but i will live with it. This is a quiet watch, unlike my Timex easy- reader which I now keep under a cushion in a desk drawer because the ticking noise is too loud. Given my record of breaking watches (I have owned at least 20 low-end watches in the last 30 years), I didn't want to risk blowing a lot of money on another watch.
