Casio SP20 Piano-Style Sustain Pedal
A classic piano is a beautiful instrument, but it can be quite unwieldy. A modern digital piano or keyboard is much easier to handle, but you might miss an old-fashioned damper/sustain pedal. Fortunately, Casio has developed the SP-20, a piano-style sustain pedal to go with your keyboard or digital piano. The Casio SP-20 is a piano style sustain pedal that is designed to replicate the pedal on an acoustic piano. This is a must if you are learning the piano as it will allow you to have more control over the damping action when you play on an acoustic piano. The pedal is well constructed and thanks to the pads on the base, it won't slip away from you while you are playing which is a common complaint with this type of sustain pedal.

I purchased this pedal based on recommendations of other piano players both at American Musical Supply and others on YouTube. I got it at the same time as my Key Board several months ago. I have never used a pedal other than on a piano, so I had to rely on others. I was not disappointed in my choice or rather those voices I listened to. It is easy to to use and works without any difficulties or frustration. I am new to this, so can't speak with great knowledge, but this pedal is comparable to actual piano pedals. Look forward to continuing play and working out many different sounds.

I am new to this world of keyboarding so after three days i cannot add much. as I learn how to play its features will become known to me. As a novice I can say that it does remind me of the pedals on my grandmothers piano. I know it is suppose to hold the tone after you release the key. even as a beginner I can see how this can help in phrasing.

Looking for a great sustain pedal for your keyboard? Look no further...this is it! Received in timely manner. This pedal has Simple/easy connection to keyboard..... provides awesome sustain function....stays in place while in use. Simply awesome product!
This is a high quality pedal..very well made...solid. It will stay put on most surfaces and it works as it should. I am using it with a high end Casio Piano and they work perfectly together...the length of the pedal makes it so easy to get a little or a lot of you foot on it..hard to miss it.
This is a much more substantial pedal than comes with many Casio products, and works well. I have a Casio CGP-700 with the three pedal assembly and they work fine. However, I play in the classic piano position with the piano at 90 degrees to the audience. I also work with a simple upright mike stand. This makes it difficult to reach the sustain pedal. So I purchased the SP-20 and it now can be placed to the right and makes it easy to use. Not only that but it works fine with the three pedal Casio assembly. In effect I have two sustain pedals. For me this is perfect. RHM
I bought this to go with my Yamaha keyboard as the Yamaha type was lightweight and flat which would make it easier to slide. This is very sturdy and heavy, more like a piano sustain pedal. I plugged it in and it worked immediately. Very pleased
I brought this as i felt it was time to upgrade from the pedel that came with the piano. It's much bigger then I expected, but a very similar size to the pedels found on an acoustic piano. It doesn't move around like the other one did so while I'm playing I don't have to keep putting back into position.
I appreciate the more rectangular form factor compared to other pedals that are more rounded like a traditional piano. Works well with Casio PXS3000, just plug it in and off it goes. Was hoping it wouldn't slide around the floor but it still does a bit.
I've had my Casio WK-6500 for about 3 years but I never bought a pedal for it. Now that I'm learning pedal techniques, I decided to find a good pedal for my keyboard. For the price, you're getting a really good pedal. It has a realistic weight when stepping on it. Not much more that I can say. I highly recommend this pedal.
