Beautifully made...fantastic construction....Castelli is my favorite. The odd thing though with this one is the shoulder strap length. I'm 6'1" and wear an XXL in Castelli because they run small. I own an older Castelli bib in the same size. Fit in the waist, crouch...perfection. HOWEVER, when I tried to pull the straps over my shoulders, they were so unbelievably tight that I swear they would have ripped out of the bottom after some use. Not an inexpensive garment so I decided to return it. I'm sure I'll find something else from the website soon.

The castelli aero rc is one of the best bib short in the market. Another excellent product from Castelli.
The medium legs are a touch smaller than its Le Col equivalents (my other shorts) so isnug but not unpleasant. The padding doesn't feel evident when riding for a couple of hours, which I appreciated.
Used these on a couple 70 mile rides and the padding is excellent . Good temp regulation as well. Has a premium feel. The raw cut edges are fine... nothing gets out of place. Very happy with the purchase.
Had high hopes for these. Read reviews which suggested legs stay in place despite the lack of leg grippers. Not in my case ...... legs slipped up around 2 inches on a 40min ride. Fabric bunched at hip fold causing chafing. Basically unusable in my case. Chamois not that great either.Lesson learnt, will not be wasting money on overpriced castelli gear again.
Medium fits very snug, especially in the legs. I have larger than average legs for my build so I am taking that into account (59.7cm/23.5in).Since this product is billed as aero it will run tighter anyway. Despite the snugness, the bibs still fit without stressing the seams. If you buy your size instead of one up they will fit like a skinsuit, which is fine if you're okay with that.Personally for me, I feel if I went a size up the straps would sag on the shoulders.
I am so glad to see that Castelli fixed the strap issue, where the straps were easily punctured by your finger(s) when putting the bibs on. And although I was hesitant about the lack of leg grippers and thus the longer shorts, they feel great.
5'8" at 161 lbs. Purchased size L.Happy with the fit. It's snug without struggling to get it on.
Very comfortable. Castelli always provides a good product. Happy with purchase.
