Had the previous version in size small so ordered the new version in size small and fit was totally wrong. Arms to long and baggy, excess material in chest and shoulders so ordered Extra Small fitted perfectly. 171cm tall and 57kg. Paid ÂŁ166 but not worth the full price of ÂŁ230+

Great jacket that can be used in a range of temperatures by using different base layers. It provides great protection against wind and good protection against rain showers and spray. The jacket is breathable, has side vents, a 2 way zip and 3 pockets. My old Short Sleeve Gabba is still going and is a great piece of kit - and the Perfetto RoS 2 is the latest Long Sleeve version.

I bought this to be an all-year-round jacket to commute in and it fit the bill perfectly. I’m comfortable cycling in sub zero temps (with adequate layering) and it’s shower proof and wind proof.Cheaper jackets I’ve bought have managed to be wind/water proof but turn into a sweat box pretty quickly- I don’t know how they do it but this manages to be weather prod and breathable at the same time so should be perfect for well into spring also. There’s less stretch in the material than other jerseys so it’s a bit less forgiving. Bear this (and the fact that Castelli is made for svelte Italians) in mind when purchasing. I’m consistently a medium (186cm 77kg) in most jerseys/jackets but I had to swallow my pride and size up to a large for it to be comfortable.

Excellent Jacket / jersey. Windproof, showerproof and reasonably lighweight, this jacket suits me for rides between 8 and 12 degrees celsius. Can be worn with or without a short/longsleeve base layer; this increases its versatility even further. It is omfortable and fairly breathable; I am very pleased with my purchase.
I've done at least 4 decent rides with this jacket in temperatures ranging from +1 to 10 degrees C and i am glad i took the plunge to invest into buying it: the 3 zipped vents are perfect for modulating temperature which is what i bought it for. It also has good breathable fabric that is reliably wind proof. Overall, the jacket has kept me warm on all my rides whilst minimizing sweating and negating the dreaded chill of my body loosing temperature or overheating. Important note - this item is true to size! Looking through other reviews, i ordered up one size. WRONG! Luckily Sigma accepted the item back. Yes this is a close fitting item (IE Italian sizing) but it is the same sizing i use on other brands. So consider it true to size!
I ordered this jacket in XL and XXL. For reference I’m 5’11” 182 lbs fit cyclist. Im not the classic skinny arm guy for a cyclist and that’s the biggest problem I had. The XL fit pretty good other than the sleeves which were too tight. The XXL was too big in the chest and shoulders. The quality of the garment is pretty good. Just not for me. I ended up with the Endura Windchill 2 jacket which has many of the same features and frankly for my money is better all the way round. I ordered the L and XL in the Endura jacket and could’ve gone either way. Settled on the XL so I can layer underneath more comfortably.
The Perfetto Jacket ROS 2 has more room in the shoulders than the previous version, so the need to size up is no longer required. Nice styling. Jacket is not insulated, but paired with the cold days can get you to temps below freezing. Side vents are great as well for regulating temperature.
Windproof, water resistant, breathable. Has vents to prevent overheating. Fit is close but not too tight - can easily layer up underneath if required. I took this out on a -4C ride at endurance pace and it was fine, with the correct amount of layering underneath. Conversely, took it out at 8C with a single base layer at tempo and was not overheating. Zip is easily grabbable due to the loop on it. This is now my favourite jacket.
Love the functionality, not fleeced or 100% windproof (80%), so you will feel a slight chill, but it's materials and venting does help keep sweat to a minimum. My only complaint is the sizing and return options. The website suggested a Small based on my info, so I ordered a Medium and it's still too tight for my liking. So I'm faced with either a $40 return fee for nothing, or keeping a tight jacket that I'm not comfortable with. Great!
Comfortable, looks good, sizing chart ok(fit not too tight on your body). Not 100% wind stopper(maybe 80%), you will not getting wet under like a 100% windproof vest. light insulation(what you will have under will be very important),I had preffer better wind protection but i suppose it’s the sacrifice to get better breathability.I’m 169cm, 70kg. Large is perfect for me
