The Castelli Superleggera Bibshort is designed for the hottest conditions and is the latest iteration in Castelli’s quest to build the most lightweight bibshort. At the lightest point, this fabric weighs 90g/m2 compared to normal short fabric which weighs roughly 220g/m2. The result of these new technologies is a bibshort that weighs an incredibly light 141g in size large. The solution was to engineer a brand-new fabric that is woven rather a knit, saving 30% in weight for the same level of support. Castelli also worked with a world leading mill to create a graded fabric that becomes increasingly lighter the further down the leg it extends. Features Premium lightweight short for hot weather.
