What is not to love about a good blue cheese? Castello has an excellent flavor profile and a very nice marbling of cultures. Goes good with almost any kind of cracker and the packaging keeps it from drying out prematurely. Definitely one of my favorite blue cheese brands!

It's hard to find a good blue cheese. This one is creamy smooth, with a nice flavor. It was delicious crumbled on top of a buffalo chicken dip!

My Favorite cheese to crumble over a salad or Burger. When i make my burgers i melt a few pieces and drizzle a little honey when the burger is done. OMG. If you add to a cheesebaord or charcutier board have honey close by for those that dont love blue cheese, i have converted many "non-blue" believers by simply drizzling the blue cheese with honey.
Amazingly creamy and not nearly as stinky/offensive as some others I've tried. Nice option in a wedge versus other crumbles Walmart has on shelf. Good cheeseboard addition. Pro tip: drizzle some honey on this before eating for a real treat!
I couldn't stop eating this! My host put a crusty baguette and a drizzle of honey together with the blue cheese. It was so smooth and creamy!
This cheese is excellent. Creamy and delicious taste. Used it when I made buffalo chicken mac and cheese for a party and it was so good. Everyone loved it and will now be buying this cheese.
Authentic, Imported Danish Blue Cheese! Honestly the best Blue on the market here in the US. And a great value.....serve it on a cheese board with Walnuts, Apples and honey. Or crumble it on a Spinach/Walnut/Bacon salad!! Or just make your own blue cheese dressing! So glad to see Walmart carrying this quality of cheese!
