My old cat damaged his paws and stopped using the usual Cats Best Original litter. His paws have healed but he still wouldn't use the litter.🙀 I tried a shallow layer of the Sensitive litter ontop of the Original and he is using the tray again. 😺 A bag of this litter is expensive but used this way will last a long time.

I have been fostering kittens for 2 years and have 3 of my own indoor cats and I have been trying all sorts of litters from paper to corn, to soy to wood with varying results but this litter exceeds them all by a mile! Great odour absorption, minimal tracking, soft on kitty paws and clumping bits easy to remove. It has the consistency of bread crumbs and the little poops get a fine covering that locks in the smell. Highly recommended.

My two cats both hated this. It’s fine & gritty and stuck to their paws. They’re both fastidious and yiu coukd see them walking uncomfortably and trying to shake it off. This means it also was tracked through my house making an awful mess. My two will put up with most things but this there was protest kicking it out of the litter tray just making the point that they weren’t fans. I even tried mixing it with different jitters but it still stuck to their paws and was tracked everywhere. The look of disgust on their faces as they tried to groom it off said it all. Not for us at all I’m afraid.

I really wanted to like this litter but I can't. It doesn't clump well at all and breaks up very easily when scooping. And kitty tracks it EVERYWHERE. We are forever sweeping and vacuuming this stuff from our floors and furniture. And unfortunately it really doesn't mask smells at all. I would not recommend this one.
I have been searching for the perfect odor trapping, clumping, easy to dispose of cat litter for months now. I've tried so many, the corn based one my cats hated the smell (and so did I)and would not use it. We had cat pee all over the house - disaster! In desperation, I found this cat litter...OMG, NO smell, easy clumping, easy disposal in the toilet and my cats LOVE it! It also lasts for ages! I hope Pet Circle never stop stocking this cat litter because it is hands down the BEST kitty litter I have ever tried.
This cat litter is very fine and does everything it said. It is very gentle on paws. I have two cats, one is short hair and the other is long hair. They both prefer this one rather than the Cat's Best Original. However, my long hair boy always brings cat litter out from the cat litter, as the litter will stick to his fur. It tracks pretty bad. Using cat litter matt helps a bit. I would recommend for short hair cats only.
I have a very fussy elderly cat who needs fine grained litter that is soft on her paws and doesn't smell of anything. This is the finest wood based litter on the market and it's such a soft, fine substrate that most cats should love! Our cat loves this litter and because it's the only litter she likes, we stick with it...however, it literally tracks EVERYWHERE even with a high sided litter tray to contain it. It clumps into wet sloppy patties. I wouldn't use it if my cat didn't like it so much, but she gives it 5 stars and that's what counts.
My oldest cat of 17 years of age has been a little fussy with her food and litter she had some vet tests and all her levels were normal so we couldn't find any reason why she was pooping near the lifter boxes. She is a real princess. So I have tried so many kitty litters, and have liked breeders choice for the past 14 years then found recently found cat mate so I gradually changed and it's so much better to change, scoop and sift and doesn't need a full change after 3days. Highly recommend. However she was still occasionally pooping near the litter boxes. Ahhhh why. So after I did some research that cats prefer a much softer litter as there paws are very sensitive. And when left to roam tend to use soft dirts and sand. This time I didn't do a gradual change I put each of the 3 litters in different litter boxes (total of 6) and let my 3 baby's didn't touch the breeders choice, limited use of the cat mate and the cats best is the ultimate winner. Slight problem it's currently on special and out of stock I should have purchased more.
I tried this out of curiosity and was surprised at how good it is. I have been using the original version of Cat's Best and also various tofu litters and they are all fine and do a good job, however, when I added this Sensitive litter the smell control was suddenly SO much better. Maybe it's the antibacterial green pearls in it? Something about this litter just works and it's great! I was concerned that being such a fine litter it might stick to my medium hair cat's fur, but I haven't noticed it sticking at all. Any litter that tracks out of the tray falls into my litter mat and I haven't noticed it spreading anywhere else (it's so fine it's not noticeable anyway.) All round a really great litter, the cats used it as soon as I put it in and I am pretty impressed by it.
I had to get this when my usual was out of stock and unfortunately I won't be buying it again. This stuff performs incredibly well but, as other reviewers have said, it get literally EVERYWHERE. The grains are small and light enough that they stick to feet, clothing, socks, you name it and within a couple of days I was finding it all over the place. My cats prefer litter with the small grains and it does clump really well but to be honest it doesn't clump any better than other litter with small grains. I also found it to be incredibly dusty. Sorry Cat's Best!
