I am personally accustomed to the scent and not really bothered by it because most of Caudalíe’s products are rather heavily scented. This definitely did it’s job with preventing any sweating though. I have severe anxiety due to my PTSD that causes panic attacks at times and when I get anxious or nervous I start sweating buuuckets, but, with this deodorant I found that I actually wasn’t profusely sweating like usual when I was anxious. I really like that this was a stick format & the gel like texture because of the instant cooling sensation

The scent reminds me of Vicks vapo rub from my childhood. Unfortunately, this deodorant does not provide long lasting odor control for me. I honestly think the eucalyptus scent just doesn’t mesh with my body chemistry to begin with because after just a few hours I begin to notice b.o..Overall: This is a nicely formulated natural deodorant. It doesn’t leave white marks or apply sticky but sadly offers no odor protection/control for my body. I love that it is vegan & safe for pregnant women but wish it was cruelty-free. I encourage those of you that like eucalyptus to try this out as it may work for your body scent better than mine. 2/5

Finaly a Drug Store Alternative!

Finally, a deodorant made by a company that actually understands skincare! As soon as I received this, I was ecstatic about using it! I try my hardest to stay away from deodorants containing parabens and other cancer-causing or harsh chemicals. Everything I seem to find either 1) is way too expensive or 2) does not work. FINALLY, I found something that works and it doesn't break the bank.The smell is so pleasant, and yes this actually works to keep my B.O. at bay. I tested this in 90-degree weather - and it held up the entire day! No sweat or smells for at least 12 hours (probably would last longer, but I showered!).The formula and texture are like a gel deodorant, it isn't a solid stick necessarily. In other words, just be careful when traveling because it gets a little slimy. It's Okay if You Don't Mind Reapplying.

I wanna start by saying I've only ever used non-aluminum deodorant so no, I am not going through a "detox period."This deodorant is okay. It smells like Vicks VapoRub, so it does smell clean. The texture is similar to a dry gel, and it does not leave any white or marks on clothing. However, this deodorant does NOT last. I am not a smelly person, but I hate any kind of scent coming from me at all. With this deodorant, I notice a slight "musk" when I smell my underarms after 3/4 hours of lounging around the house. My boyfriend says he can not smell me when he's next to me, so the smell is not strong enough for others to notice, but I could still notice when smelling the "source", so to speak. Just what I was looking for

On the days I'm not at work, I wanted to switch to a natural roll on deodorant but I still need it to be effective, of course. This is just what I wanted. It is natural and has a pleasant eucalyptus smell, which isn't too strong and it has certainly been effective on the days when I'm running errands, dog walking, being with the children and generally pottering about. I work with the public so on work days I rely on a strong spray which certainly works but I do worry about using such a harsh product. I am glad I've tried this more natural alternative and I will continue to use it. It's my second Caudalie product and so far I have been impressed with this brand.

Keeps odor at bay won't stain clothing

As someone who is actively trying to use more natural deodorants, I hadn’t found one I liked. When I received this, I was very happy because I am a regular Caudalie user and have found all their products to be of the highest quality and ingredients. Typically, natural deodorants are white and chalky. I have found some that would flake and leave residue on clothing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product is clear. What I like about the packaging is that it is circular in shape and very moist. I tend to be a heavy sweater and in the past natural deodorants have not been able to work. This product changed all that. I love the addition of Eucalyptus as it controls odor and smells clean and fresh. I never felt like I was sweating through this formula. The Eucalyptus is nice as well because it is a clean, unisex scent. I have sensitive underarm skin, so the addition of grape water is nice because my underarms never felt irritated. I am very conscious about the products I use as your skin is arguably the largest organ on your body and products are absorbed and then moved into your bloodstream. I am happy that this is certified “Clean” and doesn’t have aluminum, baking soda, alcohol (which can be very drying) or synthetic fragrance. I am a convert and will now make this my regular deodorant. In the photos you can see that I rolled it onto my skin, and you will notice there is no white, chalky residue. You will notice a light sheen which is moisture from the grape water. It rolls on clean, and the formula is not wet or sticky, so you don’t have to worry about it transferring onto clothing.

Light, Cooling & Neutralizes B.O.!

I sweat a lot, so I knew the detox period wouldn’t be the best, but by the end of the second week I noticed it masking my scent effectively. Right from the stick, I smell Vicks Vapor Rub, but that’s due to my association of eucalyptus scent. I like the smell of eucalyptus, and once applied the scent isn’t as prominent. I also don’t mind that it’s lightly scented once applied, since I just don’t want to smell my B.O. and I felt that this was effective. somehow worsens BO

i love this brand and stand by their skincare with all my heart. i have been using natural deodorant for a few years now and was excited to give this a shot. loved the applicator, the gel-like texture of the product, and the smell was nice too. however, this deodorant did NOT agree with me at all. i almost felt more sweaty while using it?? and the scent, once mixed with sweat, was absolutely awful. it literally smelled like vomit. unfortunately will be returning this product. i wanted to love it! :(
