I was sent 3 flavors to review: Watermelon, Icy Blue Razz, & Fruit Punch. Cellucor is known for it's great tasting supplements, and all 3 of these flavors justified that. I've seen a few reviews where people said the flavors were a bit watered down, but I didn't think that at all. I kept them refrigerated and I definitely think that helped with the flavoring. I'd rank them 1) Watermelon 2) Icy Blue Razz 3) Fruit Punch. Watermelon & Icy Blue Razz tasted just like Jolly Ranchers! I usually workout after work with my last meal coming about 1 ¬Ω 'Äì 2 hours before the gym. Two of the bottles, I dosed 30 minutes prior to my workout after work, & 1 of the bottles I dosed 30 minutes prior to my workout on Saturday morning in a fasted state. However, I didn't notice any significant changes between the two ways I dosed them. Formula: Changes to Formula: TeaCor was left out and Arginine Nitrate replaced Creatine Nitrate 'Ä®Explosive Energy Blend 3,876mg'Ä®: -Beta Alanine 'Äì amino acid that gives you that tingling sensation & increases power, strength and endurance.¬†-Arginine Nitrate (NO3-T) 'Äì pump agent that helps create a long-lasting pump -Caffeine Anhydrous (200mg) 'Äì 40mg more than Generation 4 C4 so it definitely gives a little bit of an extra boost in energy -N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine 'Äì focus agent that improves cognition and focus & also reduces anxiety Pumps: The pumps were pretty good. Didn't notice much of a difference between this and the powdered C4. I was expecting a little bit more due to the Arginine Nitrates being in there. The Arginine Nitrates did however give me a longer lasting pump than usual so that's something to note. The pumps were on par with powdered C4, which for me is perfectly fine as that's my regular pre-workout supplement. Energy: I definitely noticed an increase in energy. This was due to the jump in caffeine from 160mg to 200mg. It was a very clean energy also, so there wasn't any jitters or shakiness at all. Kicked in about 10-15 minutes after dosing. I'd say energy-wise, the On-The-Go version is better than powdered C4. Overall: I'd recommend this to someone who is 'ÄúOn-The-Go'Äù a lot, for lack of a better term. It's convenient and easy to just grab and drink immediately without having to remember bringing a shaker, funnel, or anything else. For me, the thing that would deter me from using this is the price. At $3.49 per bottle (1-serving) or $29.99 for 12 bottles, it's just a much better option to get any other type of powdered C4 where you'll get more for your money. Still, this is a very good supplement and Cellucor has now added another option to their arsenal of pre-workout drinks. C4 mixes well with products from Cellucor but be careful to read the ingredients because too much isn't good. _x000d__x000d_Mixability: 10/10 - No issues at all, no extra flakes give it a good shake or vortex spin and you're good to go._x000d_Overall: First off thank you Cellucor for making another excellent product, C4 products work tremendously. Not even that the flavor is a great starting point as well as it tastes amazing. But we are all here for the gainz and getting the boost necessary and routines in, I give this product a thumbs up!!! _x000d__x000d_More Extras: ATP is a source of energy our body created, the more ATP the more our body can do. I won't be going into complete detail as I have learned all about ATP, energy systems, etc in College however one thing I found great about the C4 is that you won't feel any crash after training/workout. I could've gone even more, and it's hard to find a naturally perfect balance of ingredients in an energy booster, not only does it boost ATP/Energy within the body, the ingredients are a perfect mixture, plus no crash which is what we all need

I'm going to go ahead and jump right into the flavor aspect as I'm sure the majority of people on these forums are familiar with C4 the pre workout, which has won numerous awards, and for good reason because IT WORKS! (At least for me that is!) Fruit Punch: This flavor actually surprised me of the three as I am completely burnt out on fruit punch as a flavor for the supplements I take! This fruit punch flavor is actually more on the watered down side, or to put it better, has less of a "sweetness" factor in it. The perfect flavoring for me IF I absolutely have no choice but to grab a fruit punch flavored product, this flavor delivered in that regard. It was more on the berry flavor for me and less on the sweetness, which was an incredible move if that is what they were going for! It could be possible that I have just not been mixing my C4 with the correct ratios of water, or that when the blending process takes place with the RTDs, that this is what the end result is! BRAVO! Watermelon: Oh dearest watermelon, my muse, my favorite, my GO TO when it comes to the Cellucor available flavors I will ALWAYS go to watermelon if my choices are limited! I thoroughly enjoyed every last drop of this flavor as it is exactly what I expected it to be! I actually sipped this one for a good while as I wanted to savor the flavor; when it comes to watermelon, Cellucor always meets and exceeds my expectations! Easily my favorite of the three available flavors! It still had that watermelon jolly rancher flavor, but was not overpowering with sweetness, and to top it all off, had that perfect little undertone of tartness that I enjoy! Usage: Every bottle was consumed within 10-15 minutes of training as it hits me pretty quickly when I haven't eaten anything in several hours, and the 200mg of caffeine that this version of C4 carries was the perfect amount; my sweet spot for caffeine intake from a C4 perspective is usually about 1.5 scoops when I train, so 200mg fell right in that range. 2 out of the 3 workouts I had while consuming these were fairly volume heavy, hitting over 30 working sets for both a back session as well as a legs session. C4 OnTheGo helped keep me in the game as always and helped me finish strong, not leaving me fatigued or exhausted. Personally I don't mind that the creatine was left out of this formula, and the extra caffeine I feel benefits me much more (i'm a stim junkie at heart) during my training. Convenience: Finally, Cellucor has entered the RTD game, providing consumers with a quick option to get their pre workout fix in if they do not want to mess around with powders and shaker bottles. From my personal experience, it really isn't that hard to mix some water with some powder, or even easier to just take a scoop straight up and swig some water...but there are those out there that may simply want to try out the product, and now as an RTD, that option is there for them. I do not know if the C4 OnTheGo will be available to be sold as individual bottles at your typical vitamin and supplement shops, but it wouldn't be a bad idea as most of the competition who has an RTD does sell them as single servings as well. When it comes down to price, you can certainly get a better deal purchasing the tub of C4 than a pack of RTDs, but again, that option is now available for those consumers out there. I was really pleased with the flavoring and the energy that these C4 OnTheGo bottles provided, my only comment is that they should release some different flavor options OR choose some of the other exciting flavors that they have for their other products. All in all a great convenience item and yet another option Cellucor is providing to its consumers, both new and veteran!

I absolutely loved these new C4 carbonated cans! They really are a great spinoff of the original C4 powder! For those of you who gave up soda like myself, these really give you that bubbly tasting drink to satisfy those cravings. To the ingredient list, it's excellent! I expected nothing less from Cellucor though. With CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, BetaPower Betaine, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, and 200mg of caffeine, this one can really does pack a punch. I actually enjoy the amount of caffeine here, as those pre workouts with larger doses really make you feel gross sometimes. These gave me the feel of drinking an energy drink without making me feel bloated and then crashing. The energy it gave me was everything I hoped for. My gut feeling said to STOCK UP! but I procrastinated and then they were all gone...never to be found at that amazing price again.So I started buying the powder from the local vitamin stores after hunting the C4 down at several Costco locations. I didn'Äôt notice much of a change between this and the powdered C4. I did noticed that pumps lasted longer during the day Energy: I definitely noticed an increase in energy. This was due to the increase in caffeine from 160mg to 200mg. The energy was still that clean energy feel I get with powdered with no jitters or crash afterward. The energy boost kicked in about 10-15 minutes after dosing which is perfect for it takes me that long to drive to the gym. Compared to powdered C4 in my opinion OTG is better. Overall: I'd recommend this to someone who has a busy lifestyle and a frequent traveler. It is perfect to pack in your suitcase so you will not have to worry about powder all over your clothes The price of $3.49 per bottle (1-serving) or $29.99 for 12 bottles, is a reasonable price especially for the traveler who wants a good workout at a hotel gym. To me I am glad Cellucor is in the On The Go market and can'Äôt wait for more flavors.

I REALLY like the fact that the caffeine is at 150mg per serving because you can double scoop to get the right amount of caffeine without going over in the dosage on other ingredients Effectiveness: 4 out of 5 - The product is great in delivering that extra focus and energy, but as I had mentioned I would like to see more "pump" delivering ingredients or at least replacing the Arginine with Agmatine or Citrulline Malate. Again, I just respond better to those ingredients so that does not mean that others would not experience great pumps from this product. I didn't even try 1 scoop since my tolerance is on the high end for caffeine. At 2 scoops the energy and focus were great! I even noticed the "tingles" from the 3.2 dose of BA which is a perfect dosing. Overall: 4 out of 5 - This product is perfect for those of you with a busy schedule or anyone who doesn't feel like carrying a tub of pre-workout to work or keeping it at their desk. This is an extremely convenient resource of pre-workout. I would definitely recommend this product. The only negative I had is not really a negative about the product ; just an enhancement to what is already being offered.
