Alibi - I can’t have pre-workout. However, my husband uses this product before each time he works out. He loves the flavor. I’ve tried a sip and it tastes and smells similar to a blue raspberry jolly rancher. It gives him a lot of energy and he does high intensity workouts and lifts for approximately 60-90 mins. No crashing reported afterwards, nor is there prolonged energy throughout the night. He typically drinks this 6/7pm and has no issues going to bed about 10/11pm.

However it does carry sugar. C4 has so many different flavors to chose from. My favorite is the blue razz or pink lemonade.

Absolutely the best pre-workout. I've used abused many other products are in line. I actually like old school labs, but their prices are outrageous and this is just as good at half the price of not a slightly less. I buy some of the ingredients, myself and Spike it to get the ingredients exactly to the profile that I like or I'll add the ingredients sometimes to my intro work out that I make homemade. That being said this is absolutely the best pre-workout on the market quality ingredients does it make you shake? He gives you a good pump.

I started using C4 on the advice of a buddy who does Ruck Pack workouts (weighted backpacks, sandbags, etc.) and I must say I'm impressed. The powder tastes so much better than the version sold in cans, and it mixes great with minimal a minimal amount of water (6oz) so your stomach doesn't get that "sloshy" effect when you're moving around!The actual effects are fantastic! In about 5 minutes you get this tingly sensation and then it's go time! I was able to work out much longer than normal and I felt more focused while lifting. This product will totally increase your endurance and workout efficiency. In terms of its effects, I found them to be decent and middle-of-the-road. While it may not provide an extreme burst of energy, it certainly gave me a noticeable lift in motivation and focus before my workouts. Now, onto the cherry limeade flavor – it's quite good! Great new taste, stays powdered

I've used c4 for a while, a few years, and love it. This particular taste is great, better than melon alone. This new packaging is lighter than the original but has the same 30 servings, and as far as I can tell, it feels the same in terms providing the kick before going for an activity. It also seems to stay in its s powdery form better than the original/previous version. That one seemed to clump after about 3 weeks and after a month I could be on its way to harden. It still would break when stirred but it wasn't the same fine powdered it had been when freshly opened. This new formula seems to be better at keeping it in its fine powder form.

Not a good product, caused active negatives in the gym.

I have used a variety of pre-workouts; this one is by far the worst I have ever experienced.No energy change 30mins-1 hour after being taken but did feel fatigued during my workout when I used this blend.It affected my stamina and numbers poorly.I tested that maybe it was me and not the workout; maybe I had eaten the wrong foods or not gotten enough sleep, but this was not the case.Stick to something else, anything else, because this is not, at least in my personal experience, the go-to PW.
