I like the fact it has handles to make it more secure while exercising. I have a disability and securing items as I use them is paramount.

I'm very pleased with this purchase as the dual handles bring more versatility to my exercises. The grip and weight distribution is also great as it allows for more control and balance. Finally, it certainly feels like a durable piece of equipment that I expect to last for years to come.
Excellent medicine ball to handle & exercise with, I was a little reluctant as I was wanting a leather medicine ball but this one is great.
Ball with integrated handle a good idea. allows use as 'standard'medicine ball, and allows two to be used, one in each hand (I have two and use one each hand on occasion). Balance and even/level exercise. MD's appear well enough build and at present are wearing well
Bought this to use for my personal circuit workout. Good quality, same as the ones i use at the gym - just a different brand. Handles are good for all types of exercises!
The 7kg Celsius Med Ball is perfect for all exercises whether at home or in the gym. I use it for Russian Twists to work my abdominals and a variety of sit ups and abdominal holds. I also use it for squat press, holds and swings. The handles make it that bit more efficient than the other medicine balls. 7kgs is a perfect weight because it provides that extra pressure but isn’t too heavy. You can determine how many sets works best for you while still getting a good workout in.
Bought this on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best purchases for my fitness, perfect if I’m feeling lazy or motivated.As for the weight, 8kg is a perfect match for me personally (male, 85kg) for ab-related exercises
This medicine ball is extremely durable and prefect for many different exercises. The medicine ball also has really good grip, therefore can be used in different environments. It is more on the pricier side however it’s worth it.
