I have seen these mats pop up on Facebook alot as of late. I struggle with chronic back pain (possibly arthritis related) and wanted a natural method of healing. Works an absolute treat! Has alot of spikes so it's a good start for beginners. Feels a little bit like pins and needles and a heat mat put together. After a while, you get used to the feeling. Does hurt a little bit getting off and back is red for about half an hour or so max. But got instant energy. Muscles didn't feel so tense. Highly recommend unless you have high blood pressure.

Good pressure, relieves tension. I put a pillow case over mine then lie with no clothing as i feel it gives me the best results with out hurting.
