It’s strong but light weight and durable. I use it every after injuring my ankle. It has helped with the Physio work.
It requires some careful early use but once a level of stability is reached it is a great exercise particularly for core and balance and I’m a plus 80 year old user! I couldn’t be happier but I did have some assistance in the first instance from my Physio who originally recommended the purchase!
Could be wider. Although the material doesn't seem particularly expensive, it's very well built and holds my 80kg weight while squatting easily.
Great wobble board for stability training or more complex mobility workouts. The top surface has good grip. The bottom surface comes out-of-the-box as a smooth surface but will mark up pretty quick. Doesn't affect usage but a consideration if you're using on a surface that might mark!The only other consideration is that the flex in the board. For example, doing push-ups by gripping the edges of the board will cause some flex, which might impede some people's fingers from fitting under properly. At that point, you'll probably want a more serious BOSU ball anyway :)
Although the shopping experience at Rebel Eastland was most agreeable, the Wobble board is not so great! It is a tad narrow and has too big a flat spot on the base making it too easy to balance and therefore not gain maximum benefit from use.
I find this too narrow for my size 42w feet. It's solid enough, but I think it would be more useful if it were half again as wide. I bought it for practice for SUP and wish I could return it.
Love this Wobble Board - balance is so important and by using this it is probably going to extend my lifespan - Did you know that breaking a hip (and it's often caused by falling over due to loss of balance) usually results in loss of life 5 years later!!! People's balance starts to deteriorate in the mid 30's - keep those core muscles strong and your quality of life will be good
I was expecting this wobble board to be wider than it was and with the 'balloon' centre. The entire things is made of plastic and I couldn't really get a proper indication from the photos online. It is ok but not the best for bigger sized feet.
