I bought this ages ago however, I didn't use it as much as there were no instructions on how to adjust it. I finally figured it out! You have to un-screw the bottom of the handles, and there are stoppers that allow you to adjust it up and down the rope (I will say it's harder to make it longer again), so do it in small increments to prevent the struggle. Feed the rope back into the handle and it should stop where you have adjusted the stopper to, screw the bottom of the handle and that's it! Hopefully this helps anyone out!

Quality, affordable and useful. The skipping rope comes with decent weighted grips that really help enhance the workout. After a good 10-15 minute skip, you could feel the workout has not just enhanced your cardio, core, calf and thigh muscles, but with the weighted grips, this has also added work to the shoulders, back and upper chest. The weights are very evenly distributed and suited for all types of bodies and workouts. The grip itself, is soft and at the same time first, giving added comfort to the user.Unlike a lot of other ropes, this is not extravagantly long or ridiculous in length, and is suitable for the average between 165cm - 185cm tall individual.

I have been jumping rope for the last 5 years, my routine consists of various movements. Although the build quality is really good, it does not feel responsive when trying to do double-unders. I can never get more than 5 in a row. Where as other ropes I can easily continue indefinitely.

The weight inside the handle can be taken out so can be weighted or not weighted. The rope length can be shorten but has to be cut the left part off to be able to be placed back inside the handle. The only drama is it is hard to straighten the rope itself even after hanging down for a while it is still twisting around easily. However, not really a problem when jumping.Good value one.
The only rope that has lasted with me. Broke 3 in the last year and this is still with me years later. Don't know why reviews say it isn't adjustable. All you have to do is screw off the bottom and pull the rope through and cut off for your height. Weight can be removed so you can use this as both a weighted or normal rope. The bearings are real smooth so you could potentially use this as a speed rope but i havent been able to. I've got the leather rope which i find hard to keep under tension, also the whip is reeeaaaaal bad. Probs just my technique though.
Great rope, weight can be removed which is good.To those who’re having trouble adjusting the rope, you need to unscrew the plastic on the tip of the rope by pulling the inner plastic piece out. It’s difficult to pull apart initially so keep trying. Once you pull apart, you can then adjust the length and cut off the extra length. See photo below. Hope this helps
I bought the first one 3 months ago and it was broken after 2 months. At that time, it was a reasonable time. So I bought the second. The second one is really disappointing. It breaks after about 20 days. I even used tape to wrap it for protection. However, the handle is comfortable and its weight is right for me.Overall, average is the best I can give to this rope.
Really good skipping rope - love how you have the option of taking out the weights or leaving them in depending on the intensity you want. Also super handy to be able to cut it to your preferred size (twist off handle same way as if you were taking out the weights). Great quality nice and durable. The rope itself is a little stiff (especially straight out of the packet) I just hung it up to straighten it out a bit. It tends to keep a certain shape but it barely affects your skipping - could be a little better if the rope was a little thinner - but still works really well - happy with this purchase overall. (Use it several times a week)
I have bought 3 of these before the last 2 lasted less than 2 weeks each. On both occasions the rope on one side would get stuck and twist itself around the handle and wear down extremely quickly. It is not only frustrating but useless. They also wear down very quickly where the rope touches the ground. I would post a picture but I threw it in the bin.
Hard to shorten without tying knots in the rope, but on the upside you can take the weights out of the handle if you are a beginner and add them back later. Makes a satisfying swishing noise when you skip. Spins very fast with handle bearing thingos. Hurts knuckles when the knots you tied to shorten the rope hit your knuckles. Scuffs very quickly on concrete so started jumping on a mat. Seems like a good price.
