I have a shoulder injury and the physio said a spike ball would help. I tried a few different ones but this product has helped loosen the muscles and reduced the pain more effectively than any of the others. I highly recommend it

The ball is great and gets into the muscle. I have lower back issues resulting in sciatica pain .., it really helps . The strap is great as well .. being able to graduate the stretch is terrific . Highly recommended.

I have been suffering sciatic pain in the buttock and back of the thigh. This ball has been excellent for loosening up the muscles and relieving the nerve pain. Highly recommended.
Not bad, but there are better options. I prefer the ptp massage ball to this ball. There is also some other exercise strap thingy that comes with it, which I hardly ever use. It isn't stretchy, so it seems pointless. I prefer proper elastic stretchy bands.
Used this in combination with the foot roller, very helpful in relieving plantar fasciitis
My Physio suggested I try this to help with a old shoulder injury. You wouldn't think something so insignificant would make such a difference. If you have tightness and pain a few minutes a day will make such a difference !!!
I bought this massage ball to help release some tight muscles in my glutes. I was sceptical at first but WOW did it make a difference. Within a week of using this I felt a lot better and more free in my movement. I then started using the flexibility strap and have had significant improvement in hamstring tightness. All for such a reasonable price compared to other similar products. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
Good size and firmer ball than most as it does not squish as easily. Overall quite strong and sturdy. The accompanying strap is great for stretching and suitable for different ages/sizes or exercises given the multiple grab holds.
