Wonderful salt! I cannot recommend it enough! This mineral salt is amazing because it is filled with minerals, it is pure and unrefined and that is what you should be looking for insult! I have used flower of the ocean for many years. It's a perfect salt for use at the table. I also use Himalayan salt, but it's heavier and I generally use it when cooking. Flower of the ocean is a light and delicate crystal that dissolves instantly on food. It comes from a company that guarantees it to be pure, and I have to say the quality is outstanding.
Treat yourself to this culinary salt-- you won't regret it. This salt makes food taste extra special. It is bigger grinds so it doesn't take much. Also this salt is not processed so your body uses all the added minerals and you won't over do plain sodium which is bad for you as processes things are
This is good salt. It seems, however, that the flavor of the salt is lessened by the fine grind. The coarse grains seem to be more flavorful and I use those for cooking.
I was surprised by the taste of this salt. It is subtle and really enhances the flavor of my food. I find I like this better than several other salts I have tried including grey french salts, applewood smoked salt and himalayan salt.
