Celtic Sea Salt (or Sel Gris) Fine is a pure, unprocessed, hand harvested salt. By hand harvesting, a staggering 82 minerals are extracted. The salt contains active key minerals and trace elements of magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It originates from coastal France, following a 2,000 year old traditional Celtic technique. The salt is a striking grey salt and can be used in many different ways.
