I took this winter and it was very efficient, although if it had ALSO vitD included in the same pill, it would be the most PERFECT imune system fighter in chemist warehouse. I suggest that for Cenovis, maybe for next winter!?

Have been using this for the past few years, whenever I have a hint of being unwell or having a cold. I've hardly been sick during that time, and illnesses have been mild and brief. It could be a coincidence...but I'm not going to stop taking these!

Best stuff in the world for colds and flu. Pop a couple of these at the first sign of a sniffle and I don't ever get a cold. My 88 yr old mum tried it when she got the flu at the regular time each year, Last year she ended in hospital, this year she was back up in a week.
Whenever I start to feel run down, I take these and it usually alleviates any symptoms of sore throat, cold etc. It really helps to boost your immune system.
