I'm a busy person and doing lots of work and these things let me terrible tired really. A friend told me to start taking vitamins and I went with Centrum. The difference really hits. You will feel energized to work better, concentrate and even make excersises. These vitamins are helpful to increase tour body resistance and will help you to have more strength. So you can maintain a healthy body.

A Great Multi For Me

I like the iron content of Centrum Adult Multivitamins (18mg) better than the iron content of Centrum Silver (8mg). I rarely eat red meat and have always been low on iron when blood work has been done. I am a very active senior (running, hiking, weight lifting) and found myself getting overly tired as I exercised or did yard work. I went back to the Centrum Adult MultiVitamins and have been much better since. Plus, my blood work says my iron is now in the normal range. This may not be the case for everyone and some seniors have trouble with too much iron. That's not the case with me . The other vitamins and minerals in Centrum Adult are also at good levels for me as I also take calcium and magnesium supplements for my aging bones:-)

A decent multivitamin

Its a decent vitamin. They dont overdose most of the vitamins. Only problem is Vitamin A. Only 29% of it is listed as Beta carotene. The other 71% is retinol,Retinol as vitamin A can be toxic if the dose is too high because the body will store it. Generally, the body does not store Beta carotene. Therefore, I think it might be better to take this multivitamin 5 or 6 days a week rather than 7.

I am thrilled with Centrum Adults Multivitamin/Multimineral 130 Tablets. I know the saying that great things come in small packages and this product definitely proves it. Easy to take vitamins

I have been using lots of different vitamins through the past year on a mission to get healthier. I was taking a number of supplements and getting tired of coordinating all the different tablets. I like taking the Centrum adult multivitamin instead because it's a fairly small tablet (as vitamins go) and not a huge horse-pill. It's easy to swallow and convenient to take just one tablet. It's also nice to have a fairly complete multi-vitamin without having to take a bunch of different pills or worrying about taking too much of a certain vitamin or mineral ( You have to be careful taking vitamin supplements because each supplement might contain the same ingredients and it's possible to overdose certain components.) Centrum just makes it easier.

Excellent quality vitamin!!

Centrum is my #1 multivitamin brand choice when selecting a daily vitamin. It really does help support my daily energy levels. I have Crohn's disease and suffer from fatigue. I definitely need the extra help to support normal immune function, due to my weakened immune system. I have been using this vitamin for a week every morning and I have noticed that it really helps a lot. I also like the fact that it also helps with metabolism! It does not have that vitamin smell either. That is nice. It is a very easy pill to swallow and I also love that it comes with a travel sized bottle which makes it a great value. Centrum vitamins are made with the best quality ingredients and I recommend them to anyone who wants to be healthier and have more energy throughout the day!!

Good Multivitamins

I typically prefer gummy multivitamins, but wanted to try something different. I’m not a fan of the size of the Centrum multivitamins, they’re huge tablets that you need to take with food. After taking these vitamins, I felt like there was lump in my throat and they have a bit of an aftertaste as well. I do however like that they contain B-vitamins and iron, which is exactly what I need. They come with two bottles containing a total of 130 non-GMO tablets, which is plenty! I also like that they don’t contain artificial any sweeteners. Overall, they’re fine. I’m hoping they’ll help boost my energy level and immunity as well.
